Ark 2 influenced by Horizon Zero Dawn franchise?

I was watching some Horizon Zero Dawn[West] gameplay and suddenly it dawned on me that perhaps that's the type of third person gameplay and combat that Ark 2 will have. When I first heard that the next Ark would be 3rd person only, I was skeptical to say the least. But now im kind of getting excited for the possibilities. I always wished for Zero dawn to have a sandbox multiplayer. Perhaps now we will get that on steroids in Ark 2.
