Egor Posted June 5, 2021 Share Posted June 5, 2021 One of the latest patches introduced new glitch: some areas inside my base suddenly become very dark and textures on items become very strange. I just move through large open space inside the base, saddenyl everything become very dark around me and textures (especially vault and tek pods) become very "degraded". Then, as I continue to move, darkness suddenly go off ... on again ... off ... It only happen at one particular area of the base. And it started ~~~may be week ago? two weeks? not sure. Egor Posted June 5, 2021 Author Share Posted June 5, 2021 And I figured the cause of the glitch - mirror. Ark has item which can be placed on the wall - Mirror. I crafted and put it in the wall. Next day t stopped working and those glitches started. Looks like instead of showing image inside mirror, it somehow projected mirror's visual effects (darknes and degraded textures) to my main scene.
