Game crashes everytime i play / Fatal error

Hello there!

 

My Game crashes everytime i play ark.No special action needed,it just happens randomly. On a day perhaps 10-20 times. I need really serious help because i dont know what is wrong.

I already tried in the past and now to report the bugs/errors here https://survivetheark.com/index.php?/pc-bug-reports/

 

But no one is viewing them,even since the last one from December 28, 2018!

 

My system :

i7-7700k ,  GTX  1080, 16gb ram 3200mhz running on a ssd from samsung. Windows 10. 

Tempratures are fine.

 

My drivers are up to date,all of them and i have installed my Windows 10 fresh. I Verify integrity of game files already over 30 times :(

 

Please, i dont know where to get support to fix my problems. If anyone knows besides the link above it would be great.
