Epic Game Launcher does not launch ARK

I figured out the issue in my case. I "bought" ark and the dlc's that were free on epic games last week. Apparently epic games only installs the base game unless you explicitly tell it to also install each DLC, because according to epic what I "wanted" to do is buy dlc's and NOT install them. Thanks Epic.

Epic games is poop. Don't buy anything on there that isn't free.

Does not fix NetConnection.ccp fatal error crash!

I've disabled fullscreen optimizations, installed both x64 and x86 2015-2019 redistributables, and game version is 312.9.win (auto update on, updated a few hours ago)

This is frustrating cause I believe I was able to play ark in this computer through Steam.

UPDATE: Nope, the same error occurs when I try through Steam.
