Mating Interval Multiplier Reset

I play singleplayer with my Mating Interval Multiplier set to 0.0001 but lately it has been resetting to 1.000000 every time I exit the game. Today I checked while I was playing and it was set to 0.000000. So it's going from 0.0001 to 0.000000 to 1.000000. I don't use any mods that affect breeding, or so I thought. The other day I found this in my GameUserSettings.ini:

[/Game/Mods/jd_Bridge/TestGameMode_jd_Bridge.TestGameMode_jd_Bridge_C]
MatingIntervalMultiplier=1.000000

But after updating my mods today, that has disappeared. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Because I have so many questions.
