Hazathal Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 How to revert back to last save? Dino died from game crash. So I just lost a very good Argentavis to a Kaprosuchus when my game crashed. I picked up a Baryonyx and 2 seconds later the game crashed and a Kaprosuchus targeted my argent and killed it. I logged back in still alive but now I am wondering if there is any way I can bring it back. Is it possible to revert back to the last save and undo things that were done in that time? Normally if a dino died under circumstances I could react to I wouldn't want to do this but my game crashed, so I had no chance. Any help is appreciated. The server is a survival server Valguero map. Larkfields Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 Restore a backup of the server to a temporary save directory. Start it up with the same ClusterDIR and ClusterID as the other maps. Maybe put a password on it to prevent misuse by other players. Transfer into the temporary server with some cryopods, freeze the dinos, then transfer out again. Shutdown the temporary server.
