anubis3691
Just wondering if anyone uses dododex when taming a titanboa and if it's accurate. I always preferred A Ark calculator on Android, but there's a big difference in the two when it comes to titanboas. Dododex shows for a lvl 50: 13 eggs for about 5 mins total time. A Ark shows for a lvl 50: 13 eggs for about 1 hour and 15 mins. Anyone have any ideas on which is more accurate?
danleveille
Hi! I'm the developer of Dododex. The Titanoboa doesn't have a normal eating pattern, so the values in the Developer Kit that calculate time are not actually accurate. I haven't figured out exactly how it works, but it eats eggs with little to no waiting between each egg. Since it's unlikely that you'd drop all 13 eggs at once and it'd eat them all at once, I put in a rough estimation based on a rough interval that seemed logical. Basically, if you have all 13 eggs, and drop eggs on top of it, it shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to tame in an ideal setting. Of course, if you run into issues with evading the Titanoboa or whatever, it'll take longer.
