Hello everyone, a friend of mine lost his char due to the aws outage and transfering to SE, he submitted a support ticket, the rollback happend next day. After the rollback we can now see him again lying in our base, i happily told him that the servers got rolled back ( don't get me on that , didnt realize what we ALL had lost ), and his character is back. He came online later that evening, still only able to create a new character, nothing on Island server or SE Server to download char. He has not created a lvl 1 char whatsoever in this whole mess. So are there any options of getting back the link between his steam account and his char. Reinstall Steam? Use Steam from another computer? Is this even something GM can do or can we expect if a GM ever gets in contact with us that they create a lvl 1 char and boost him to his original lvl? Anyone has any experience on that topic?
