Any way to modify crafting prerequisites via ini files?

I'm working on making the NPE more better by making the tech trees more visible. I've found the methods to modify the engrams in game.ini, but haven't found any way to set the prerequisites - I can only turn them on or off for an item.

Does anyone have any information on how / if engram crafting prerequisites can be modified in game.ini?
