Dossier: Deinodraco Infernis Common Name: Deinodraco Species: Deinodraco infernis Time Period: Late Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Highly Aggressive Wild Few creatures on the ARK inspire as much fear as Deinodraco infernis, a nightmarish draconic theropod that dominates volcanic regions. Resembling a cross between a Giganotosaurus and a fire-breathing dragon, this beast has evolved to thrive in extreme heat, stalking prey with eerie patience before unleashing devastating ambush attacks. Deinodraco’s scales shimmer with an ember-like glow, intensifying when provoked. Its bite is not just lethal—it delivers searing burns that weaken prey over time. Survivors report that it can exhale superheated breath, igniting the environment and causing immense destruction. Even larger predators hesitate to challenge it, as its rage increases when injured, making it more dangerous the closer it gets to death. Domesticated Taming a Deinodraco is an extreme challenge, requiring survivors to endure its volcanic habitat and utilize specialized fire-resistant gear. Unlike conventional taming methods, Deinodraco must be enraged into exhaustion by enduring its relentless onslaught before tranquilizing it with powerful narcotics. Once tamed, it becomes a force of nature. Not only can it unleash a fiery breath attack that melts enemy defenses, but it also possesses an ‘Infernal Rage’ ability, growing stronger as its health depletes. Its sheer power makes it an apex war mount, capable of turning the tide in both PvE and PvP battles. However, its uncontrollable wrath may pose risks even to its own rider. Abilities & Features: Infernal Bite: Inflicts fire damage over time, reducing enemy healing. Fire Breath: Engulfs targets in flames, causing AoE destruction. Infernal Rage: Gains increased attack speed and damage as health drops. Volcanic Adaptation: Immune to lava damage and heat exhaustion. Unstable Fury (Risk Factor): If health falls below 20%, the Deinodraco may enter an uncontrollable berserk state, attacking everything—including its own allies.

🦖 Creature Proposal: DSUNGARIPTERUS 🦖 "Wing of Junggar Basin" Real Data: Scientific Name: Dzungarian wing Meaning: "Sea Runner of Seth" Era: Cretaceous Characteristics: A large pterosaur with an imposing crest and an aerodynamic design perfect for fast, lethal flight. Similar in size to a Tapejara. ⚔️ Concept for ARK: Role: Ambush aerial predator and pack support Habitat: Cliffs and crags of Valguero, where it lurks from above to strike unsuspecting prey Temperament: Extremely aggressive, territorial, and hostile towards any creature or survivor that enters its domain 🧠 Innovative Taming Mechanic: "Predator's Ritual" Forget traditional taming. To domesticate a Dsungaripterus, you'll need: Special Smoke Grenades: The Dsungaripterus is a master of aerial combat but has a weakness: disorientation. Throw smoke grenades near its nest to momentarily blind it, causing it to land confused and vulnerable. Trophy of Dominance: First, you must kill another of its species to obtain its Crest. Equip the fallen Dsungaripter's Crest on your head to appear as a dominant figure. Biotoxin Offering: Approach passively "while the smoke lasts" and feed it Biotoxins to begin intoxicating it. During the biotoxin's effect, you must glide with your wingsuit, and the Dsungaripterus will follow you, gradually taming as it chases. Once the biotoxin's effect wears off, it will return to its nest, and you must repeat the process until fully tamed. 🩸 Special Abilities: 🩸 "Celestial Slash" (Bleed Attack): A devastating peck that causes massive bleeding, stackable if performed while diving from great heights. 🌪️ "Aerial Ambush": From an elevated position, it can dive, gaining a critical damage bonus if it directly hits its target. 🦴 "Titan Hunter": Deals extra damage to large creatures (Gigas, Brontos, Rexes), ideal for PvP and raids. 🦅 Pack Mechanic: "Winged Legion" When in a group (up to 4 individuals), they gain the following bonuses: Damage and Speed Bonus: Similar to direwolves, but with a visual aura of swirling winds. Attack Coordination: When attacking the same target, their bleed effects accumulate more quickly. 🦖 "Parasitic Assault" (Clinging to Dinosaurs): Similar to Deinonychus, they can latch onto large creatures, inflicting continuous bleed damage while the rider keeps attacking. While attached, it can move to different parts of the creature's body to avoid defensive attacks. 🌬️ "Cutting Wind" (Support Ability): By forcefully flapping its wings, it can generate a gust of wind that knocks back players and small creatures, ideal for destabilizing enemy formations in PvP. 🎯 Uses for Players: High-Risk PvP: Perfect for ambushes, quick strikes, and strategic retreats. Hunting Large Prey: Effective against alpha creatures and minor bosses. Extreme Exploration: Its advanced gliding allows it to cover great distances with minimal stamina consumption. Pack Support: Combining its damage and control abilities, it’s a versatile predator both on land and in the air. 🛡️ Armored Saddle for Dsungaripterus " The blue part of the saddle design would be light metal plates " 🛡️ Unlock Level: 90 Crafting Requirements: Polymer (x200) Metal Ingots (x200) Red Gems (x75) Fiber (x150) Pelt (x100) Cementing paste (x100) Description: The saddle for theDsungaripterus is more than just a seat—it's a compact, armored cockpit designed for high-risk aerial maneuvers. Its design features reinforced plating, with extra layers of metal fortifying the creature's beak and crest, providing both offensive and defensive advantages during dives. Key Features: Reinforced Cockpit: A small, enclosed cabin that protects the rider from basic attacks and environmental hazards. Metal-Fortified Beak & Crest: Enhances durability and adds extra weight for devastating dive attacks. Wear & Tear Mechanics: Dive Damage: Each dive attack causes gradual damage to the saddle due to the immense impact force, meaning frequent repairs are necessary for aggressive playstyles. Turret Vulnerability: While heavily armored, the cockpit is highly susceptible to turret fire. Auto-turrets can shred through the saddle’s defenses quickly, exposing the rider and reducing the saddle’s durability drastically under sustained fire. This saddle is perfect for hit-and-run tactics, giving you an edge in aerial combat—just be mindful of those turret defenses and how often you’re using powerful dive attacks!

Common Name: Giganotosaurus Species: Giganotosaurus Furiosa Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Angry Wild: Giganotosaurus Furiosa is an enormous predator, larger even than the Tyrannosaurus or Spinosaurus. While greater in size than those storied predators, it can be somewhat less dangerous when encountered in the wild, due to its sluggish speed. Even still, getting cornered or run down by a Giganotosaurus means certain death for nearly creature! Fighting a Giganotosaurus directly is never a good idea, as its rage rapidly grows with every hit it takes. With this rage, it builds increasing reserves of energy to use, making its iron jawed bites progressively more deadly and enhancing stamina. Add to this the fact that its huge body enables it to take a tremendous amount of punishment, and you have a creature that is generally better avoided or outsmarted than attacked head-on. Domesticated: Taming Giganotosaurus is a dangerous prospect. Its rage reaction even when tamed, can sometimes cause it to briefly turn of its own tribe. Indeed it may even throw off its rider is it has been angered! And yet, The sheer size and immense power that the Giganotosaurus possesses means that some factions endeavor to tame it as a fear-inducing "Captal" beast of war even at great risk!-
