Tanystropheus is a semi-aquatic reptile with an incredibly long neck. It’s primary diet consist of fish and the occasional cephalopod. Tanystropheus, being a small and passive creature, lacks attack features, but is skilled at fleeing predators through speed. Tanystropheus, while mostly aquatic will occasionally go to the shore to sunbathe, lay their eggs or escape marine predators. while they primarily fed on fish on earth, on the island, due to the little competition , they have evolved to feed on invertebrates also, using their hook like teeth to slice through chitin armour. the abundance of food for the Tanystropheus has led to a large increase in size, so much so that a survivor can sufficiently ride one through the waters. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanystropheus

Amphimachairodus Kabir is a large sabre-toothed cat that lived in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America during the Miocene through Pleistocene living between 11.6 million years ago and 126,000 years ago, existing for approximately 11.5 million years. The canines were long, thin and flattened from side to side but broad from front to back like the blade of a knife. The were males much larger than the females. Their size may have reached size may have weighed 350–490 kg and roughly about 2 meters long, it is believed to be an ambush predator, Legs were too short to hold a chase but were built for jumping great heights. Coloration and marking are indeterminable, but it is believed that Amphimachairodus Kabir would have possessed some form of spots or stripes to help conceal them while hunting prey. There is also a possibility there was distinguishable traits such as a mane or beard may also have been present in the males for Mating or Rivalry. Aptenoperissus is a four foot long insect that resembles a mix between a wasp, a grasshopper and an ant. They are fast, mobile and highly aggressive with long stingers filled with paralyzing venom. Their jaws are serrated mandibles that can shred through many hard substances and the have long strong forelimbs that they use for digging burrows in the ground. The Giant wasp has an unusual sexual dimorphism wherein the females are wingless instead possessing strong grasshopper-like back legs enabling them to leap great distances as well as pounce upon and pin potential prey. The males possess wings and are more docile than the females and generally spends its time flying about searching for a potential mate. When a male wasp enters the close proximity of the female, she will release a pheromone into the air which drives the male wasp into a vicious frenzy. Aptenoperissus was the largest wasp in history but from casually looking at it you might think that it is more like a giant grasshopper. This would be a mistake because the wingless females are highly aggressive, diving upon and viciously stinging smaller creatures into paralysis. After the creature is paralyzed, the female injects it with eggs that incubate within the host. When the eggs hatch, the baby wasps begin to eat the host from the inside out, slowly killing it. The males have wings and are often found searching for a female to mate with, while still able to sting, the males are passive until they find a female to mate with. Upon finding a mate the male wasp becomes highly aggressive, attacking creatures near the female, attempting to aid the female in paralyzing nearby prey. The male will then mate with the female and upon completion, the female will kill and devour the male. If no paralyzed prey is nearby, she will instead paralyze the male and lay her eggs inside of him. Perhaps a strange choice, a giant wasp, however a flying or jumping mount with high maneuverability (Like the Desmodus or Tapejara) that can snatch up smaller creatures in its front claws and sting them into paralysis would be really useful. Tamed Wasps would only enter the mating frenzy when mating is activated and the fact that you would have to sacrifice a male wasp (or another tame) would be a drawback, however after gestation you would be guaranteed at least two baby wasps if you sacrificed a decent sized creature. Instead of taming wasps, you would have to kill the female after her eggs have been laid in a creature, then protect the wild creature until the babies are born at which time you can claim them. Invertebrate Arthropods are underused and underappreciated in Ark. There are no decent insects. Most are either cave dangers or just pests that plague Bob on the Beach. Giant Bees are tamed to become beehives. My tribe and I are very into avatar, so I was wondering what looks like an Ikran/Banshee from the movie. There is nothing like it, I just thought of this while raising my reaper so I dont have any dossier or anything but I have ideas. Taming: You have to search for a mountain they are inhabiting and go on foot, then you have to prove your worth by either falling from a height or fight it hand to claw, the creature will target you, this is indicated by a red line connecting both of you. Once you tame it you can ride it without a saddle but you want to make a saddle. Riding with no saddle: This will be like flying a fast pteranodon, like really fast. Nothing special. Riding with saddle: This is where the specialties come in, with the saddle you can dive and swoop. With the saddle you will be more mobile than anything else in the game, you will be able to outrun anything in the game. Breeding and Raising: They will not be able to breed because they are supposed to be special and one at a time tames. Tamed Abilities: Like said in the riding section you will be super agile with a saddle but not that special without the saddle. Another ability it has is a roar that increases speed, this can only be used with a pack of them, with the roar it also makes others of this creature friendly to you and help you attack creatures, when this runs out you better fly fast. Wild Abilities: These creatures will make the sky dangerous, the sky in Ark has always been passive and never really dangerous. These will try to swoop down and pluck you from you mount and with target the player rather than the mount, but only if you are in their territory, once out of their territory they will be neutral and not attack you unless there. Eggs: When you are in their territory they will have nests, the eggs in these are very nutritious and can hatch baby versions of these creatures that can be used as sentries to protect your base, but be careful because as you get closer to the nest more will be aggressive. Sentry Mode: When you take an egg and successfully make it to base you can hatch it, when hatched they will need to grow like any other tame, then when they are fully grown they will act as guards for their assigned area. You can set a location for them to patrol or protect and they will attack any creature in that area.

The utah Raptor would spawn in a pack only around giga spawns and when they spawn they would always follow and fight with the giga , if you attack one of them the whole pack and the giga would attack you, in order to tame them you would need to isolate them from the giga and then you need to bring dead creatures so it can eat them (the creatures need to be smaller than the utahraptor) once tamed the utah Raptor becomes very mobile and useful when pressing spacebar it can jump and when pressing W it can dash forwards (midair) When pressing S it can dash backwards When pressing A or D it can dodge left or right its got the ability to glide aswell so you can dash and then begin gliding. It dosent have a lot of stamina so you cant glide for long. While we have many different raptors such as our iconic “raptor” and deinonychus. We don’t really have what is a larger apex raptor on the size capacity of our apex carnivores such as the Allosaurus, Rexes and Spino. While it would still be the smallest of the Apex dinosaur category. I still believe it will be a fun addition to add to our list of main boss dinosaurs. Common Name: Utahraptor Species: (Utahraptor Ostrommaysi) Time: Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Basic description: The Utahraptor (utahraptor ostrommaysi) was one of the largest Dromaeosaurids that lived in North America during the Early Cretaceous period ranging around 16-23ft (4.8-7 metres). Utahraptor Dossier: Wild: When I thought outrunning and surviving attacks of raptors was hard enough… it wasn’t long til I stumbled into something far larger… deadlier… and just as smart. A pack of utahraptors is a challenge in itself. Further study shows how fascinating and how intimidating such creatures are both in broad daylight and nighttime. They often roam in packs of 3-4. Capable of tackling prey 3-4 times their size with confidence and finesse. With their calls echoing through the air, they are capable to holding their own with the apex carnivores in the region. The more they are challenged the harder they are to take down. Making them either a very deadly threat or a capable ally. Taming: Utahraptors being highly intelligent they have also a very interesting method of taming. To gain a Utahraptor’s trust you need to provide it with food in the form of corpses (like the Carcha or Fjordhawk). This can be done with a pack of Utahs or a single individual. For a pack, the alpha Utah will sniff with a curious bark and eye you and the body that you are dragging. (Same if it’s only one). The alpha will eat the body and gain trust depending on the type of dino it’s been given. Larger animals give more trust. Once the trust is full, the Utahs form an alliance hunt. If the alpha approves the rest obey. As you will be given the opportunity to go on a pack hunt for a certain time limit allowing you to tame the alpha Utah. Over this course you are to lead a certain amount of creatures to the utahraptors in which they will kill. However, you are not allowed to have any other tames next to the Utahs. Any apex animal (rex, giga, Spino) will startle and break the trust. Any lower tier dinosaur will be deemed potential prey and be attacked (lower tier carnivores like Carnos, herbivores). Being one of the pack you must be able to provide the group meals yourself. This will mean you will often have to run on foot and lure prey to the Utahs. Putting trust in them is the same as them putting trust in you. After the alpha Utah is tamed. Should there be more pack members, the next in command will allow you time to do the same method and continues. (Initial tamed Utahs will not break the trust of other wild Utahs of the pack until they are podded or within a certain range away from the rest). Domesticated: Utahraptors are diverse and being intelligent. They will provide both utility and power to your arsenal. They have two different stances. “Assault Mode” and “Tactical Mode” (Can be swapped like how the Desmodus can turn on and off heat vision) Passive: “Apex Adrenaline” when faced against apex predators or animals much larger than itself. Utahraptors gain a slight personal movement speed boost and receives less damage. This includes when fighting against bosses. Assault mode: This stance makes the Utah a deadly weapon focussed on attack. It has its initial bite, primary attack. It’s secondary is a jump back kick which also sends it backwards slightly. This ability causes a “Dazed” debuff and causes the target to be slowed. It’s third skill is a call which doesn’t affect many creatures except for those categorised under medium tier dinosaurs like Carnos, Trikes, etc. This causes “Intimidation” which reduces the target’s melee by a certain percentage. Tactical Mode: The stance causes Utahraptor to use more supportive and strategic. Similar to how it has the initial bite. This bite will be significantly weaker. Except this one now has “Weakening” the bites cause the dino to lose stamina and while this debuff is active, the target has less stamina recovery out of battle and also when exhausted it will also prevent the target from using attacks. (E.g if a giga person was to spam the bite over and over. This debuff prevents them from being able to do so should they run out of stamina.) A balance for pvp. It’s secondary is now a grab. This ability allows the raptor to pick up smaller target in its mouth. While in the Utah’s mouth, players can either bite to hurt the target in their jaws or press the secondary skill again to throw them a certain distance. The third skill which was the call now changes to a “Call to Arms” any tame within the roar radius now gains a new buff. This skill now gives allies reduced stamina consumption and increased health regeneration. (This won’t heal like the owl or daedon, more increases their natural healing). Anything classified within the dromaesaurid family such as raptors, deinonychus will also gain the Utah’s passive. Wild raptors and deinonychus hearing this call will become your allies temporarily like how yuty can ally Carnos. Utahraptor also has the ability to jump significantly high. Capable of reaching the height of a giga’s head or slightly higher. Strategy: For PVE, the Utahraptor is a late-game dinosaur tame that boosts both power to the tribe’s arsenal and tactical ability. Utahs are made to fight dinosaurs significantly more challenging. Meaning a beneficial tame to use against bosses and a tame able to hold their own decently against the apex carnivores which can ruin a person’s day. Utahraptors rank potentially at the lowest or mid among the apex carnivores. Being slightly smaller than an allosaurus when it comes to size, but it would be faster than all of them. Having the speed slightly faster than a yutyrannus, and against bosses and other larger carnivores this speed increases. However, their utilities rank them among Rexes, Spinos and Yutys being the second apex carnivore to hunt intentionally in a pack. Pvp: Utahraptors are specialised for being teamwork assets. Having an assault mode to slow enemies. Used for both offense and defence. While the tactical ability allows people who can time their skill right, to potentially grab or ambush people off their dino saddles. Kidnapping and making a quick getaway, or positioning them a more favourable way in a battle. Such debuffs like “Weakening” also keeps players in mind to play carefully. Since it reduces stamina and prevents the target to become so exhausted they are unable to move. This can balance ways where many people often take advantage of the exhaustion trade off to torpor like giga bites. Making people think twice before taking on a Utahraptor. (Personal note: While I do know this isn’t a dinosaur that is “Unique” in terms of concept. I think that there isn’t really a dromaesaurid that has an aura like our other carnivores. While Deinonychus has proven its worth among boss fights. It lacks the size to display an absolute presence on the battlefield. Let me know what you think)

It has a death that generates tears like ravagers or allosaurus and a roar that intimidates creatures like that of the rex It is an excellent cargo dinosaur, it can carry large amounts of materials. Although it is known that asphaltvenators are solitary dinosaurs, females become much more aggressive and strong once they have their first young, they have a higher life and damage bonus than a male

Piatnitzkysaurus was a moderately large, lightly built, bipedal, ground-dwelling carnivore that could grow up to 6.6 m (21.7 ft) long. Weighing roughly 900-1100 pounds I feel as if this Dino was agile great at maneuvering in fights with one or more dinosaurs with a strong tail used for thrashing it’s prey or it’s equal they had serrated teeth that could cause bleed to slow its target down while gaining a slight blood crazed frenzy while on the hunt and powerful legs they could use to either pounce or lunge at prey or maybe even jump to throw its targets off guard

The Icerlotosaurous is known for living in cold areas, he is fast, smart, strong and has the ability to freeze his opponents. You might want to think twice before going to the snow. In order to tame the Icerlotosaurous you need to help him fight other creatures. Once you kill enough creatures with him the Icerlotosaurous will be yours Ability 1 He can Freeze creatures Ability 2 He can Scare smaller dinosaurs

I know it said real but we need more water tames! No one wants to go out in the water barely cause the water tames aren’t that great, hippocampus would be such a badass water tame and and I’d personally enjoy taming one!

Maip Macrothorax With the 3/4 size of a rex and the mobility of a raptor, Maip is the Largest raptor in the world. With fearsome strong arms with long claws, its very dangerous battle with Maip, since the battle will leave big wounds even in bigger predators. Maip dont have a strong body to fight with big dinos directly but he uses his venomous mouth and bleed claws ability to hit n run your victins. Abilitys: Jump and hit with claws: Hold botton to charge the jump and release to jump in front direction, causing 1.6 damage from the normal claw attack and inflicting 30 seconds of a powerfull poison that consum the stamina of the target. Claw attack: hit the target with a powerfull hit from the claws. Inflict damage and causes 30 seconds of bleed damage that acumulate with every new hit, to stop the bleeding effect, is needed to use medicine or a owl. Stats: Base healty: same as allo Base damage: same as spino Stamina: big pool of stamina allowing hit and run strategy and be safe of trouble. Speed: high speed allowing hit and run. Using the hit and run technick like a komodo lizard, Maip is able to bite with venomous mouth ,drain all stamina of the victim and hit with the claws and run, the victim will slow dying losing blood and dont bein able to run since dont have stamina.
