Spawns in the wasteland as a rare spawn, around sulphur pools and in medium difficulty areas. Size- Slightly larger than rex and spino. Attacks Bite- A slow bite that deals 3x damage to corrupt creatures, harvests 50% extra corrupt nodules, can harvest stone and damage even metal structures, but deals reduced damage to structures. Toggle Extended Spines- When enabled, replaces the bite attack with spine slash, and reflects 25% damage back to attackers while reducing incoming damage by 30%, but reducing movement speed to half. The rider of Spinax cannot be damaged or dismounted while active. Spine Slash- a 180° slash with hardened spikes, can be aimed forward or backwards, deals 2x damage to corrupted creatures and does not damage any structures, including OSD and element node. Jump/Slam- Despite its size, Spinax can jump, and decently high too. While airborne, this key can be pressed again to make the Spinax focus its weight downwards, slamming into the ground for big aoe. Deals 2x damage to corrupt dinos, and deals damage a second time near the feet where it lands. The shockwave does not damage structures, including osd or element nodes. Sonic Roar- Aesthetic roar, but deals damage to corrupt dinos around it and slows them. Spine Fling- Throws a pair of spines from its tail, damaging enemies with the tail whip, but not structures, including osd and element nodes. The spikes themselves deal 5x damage to corrupt dinos. Abilities Corrupt Enticement (Passive)- Upon killing corrupt creatures, Spinax infuses corrupt nodes into its skin, extending the range of if its attacks (except bite) and gaining a buff to movement speed and stamina regen, lasts 30 seconds after killing a corrupt dino, regenerates 2.5% maximum health over every 15 seconds while active Heavyweight- Spinax cannot be knocked back, and can harmlessly knock around smaller creatures to move unimpeded when sprinting. Heavy Armor- Spinax cannot be outfitted with a saddle, but it possesses a hard exoskeleton that has a base 50 armor, increasing 1 armor for every 2 levels the Spinax has, but this respects server armor cap. Immune to sulphur burns and reaper acid blood. Has a turret mode, where the Spinax will be in a constant extended spines state, and automatically spine slash at enemies that get too close, but otherwise will not move. Taming Method- Spinax is peaceful with non corrupted creatures unless provoked, but don't seem to care about survivors unless they hold black pearls, in which case it will become aggressive when close. To tame one, you'll need to calm it down by using the aroma of a rare flower... They actually find the scent very soothing! With the rare flower debuff active, a survivor can passive feed them a black pearl, allowing the tame progress to begin. After being fed a black pearl, the Spinax can be continously passive fed, but only while the rare flower buff is active, you'll have to survive anything else that comes your way while passive feeding it black pearls. Corrupt hearts can be used instead of black pearls, providing 50% better taming. Roles- Corrupt dino hunter, OSD/Node completer, Corrupt node gatherer, boss fighter, tank, spam clearer, meat shield, damage reflector, travel mount Weaknesses- Has low damage for its size without corrupt dinos around, not great at dealing with ranged or agile attackers, low stamina without corrupt dinos, vulnerable to managarmr freeze, armor doesn't protect from wyvern breath, cannot swim, will sink like a golem(still has oxygen stat). Natural Enemies- Carcharodontosaurus, Managarmr Because it can't be knocked back, Spinax is an excellent defense dino, able to keep enemies away from allies or structures it wants to defend by knocking them back without being knocked around itself. It also can sprint through enemies unimpeded, preventing it from being swarm locked. The spike armor of the Spinax combined with a high health pool means that heavy hitters like the giganotosaurus may possibly end up damaging themselves more than the Spinax by attacking them. Damage reflect does not work against titans though, but does work against bosses. Six spinax surrounding an osd on turret mode could completely block almost every threat to the osd from any angle, granted they're strong enough to survive the onslaught!

Estemmeno is back! And this time ready for Extinction! If you were around (probably not...) during the Center vote, you may have seen our take on Estemmenosuchus, my favourite synapsid, so we're bringing him back and this time themed to be 100% fit for survival in the corrupted world of Extinction! Now onto the Dossier Common name: Estemmeno Species name: Estemmenosuchus Ultimadentaris Time: Mid Permian Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Wild I am entirely convinced that Estemmenosuchus Ultimadentaris has no fears, they will fight anything that imposes a threat against them to the very end. I can't stress enough just how dangerous an encounter with Estemmenosuchus Ultimadentaris is, they aren't like any other Estemmenosuchus specimen, they are far different, they're aggressive, strictly carnivorous, and lay eggs, almost as if most of their genetics have been modified heavily. Estemmenosuchus Ultimadentaris is an remarkably terrifying predator and even the corrupted creatures fear going near to it's presence, which I partly understand, I don't know how to describe it but Estemmenosuchus seems to hurt corrupted creatures by far more than it can to regular creatures, maybe it is their seemingly natural taste for the corrupted nodules that can at times be found, I've seen survivors guiding the corrupted towards Estemmenosuchus and just see as they begin to swarm the corrupted slowly, did I mention they hunt in packs? Domesticated I don't know of anyone who has been brave enough (and/or dumb enough) to try and attempt taming an Estemmenosuchus Ultimadentaris specimen, in fact, I don't think anyone has tamed one as of yet, however, I know of many survivors who show an interest in taming Estemmenosuchus, which checks out, their amazing hunting capabilities as well as their increased speed when under pressure can make a formidable tame, especially against the twisted results of what Element has done to other creatures. Perhaps a way to tame them is by aiding them in a fight that they almost die to, slowly earning their trust, narcotics definetly seem to not work, and hand-feeding them would be feeding them your hand, I also highly doubt they'll let you 10 feet near their young or eggs, but then again, this continues to be nothing other than a theory. And that was the dossier! Of course, we had to change it for it to stand out more, now onto the abilities of an Estemmenosuchus and why you should tame it - Increased Damage to all corrupted creatures; This means that if you're ever in some trouble with creatures that are even slightly corrupted, Estemmenosuchus will deal increased damage and will take less damage against Corrupted creatures, this also includes to creatures like Velanosaurus and Managarmr. - Pack mindset; As stated earlier, Estemmenosuchus spawns and will be in packs, these packs can be of 6-8 members, you will likely see the leader far away from the pack, just remember, if you see an Estemmenosuchus, their buddies are around too, you're always being watched. - Taming method; Trust gain, instead of stealing their eggs, killing their pack, knocking out, or passive taming, you'll have to lower Estemmenosuchus' health, and afterwards guide it towards a Corrupted Creature, to help Estemmenosuchus killing them, afterwards a trust meter will begin to go up, after the first creature killed, Estemmenosuchus will not chase you, after the second creature killed, Estemmenosuchus will follow you slowly, after the third creature killed, Estemmenosuchus will follow you completely, after the fourth creature killed, you may ride Estemmenosuchus for additional protection, finally, the fifth creature marks the completion of the trust meter, and Estemmenosuchus will be yours, note that this excludes the "pseudo-corrupted creatures" like managarmr, velanosaurus, gasbags, gachas, etc. - Crazed Ego; if Estemmenosuchus begins getting damaged a lot by a corrupted creature, it's ego will be hurt, and it will become enraged and it's attacks would work similarly to the Tek Claws from Gen 1, it will slowly begin dealing more and more damage to the creature, this buff will apply to the pack as well. The Pros of tamed Estemmenosuchus - Corrupted and Boss Killing; Due to the buff that Estemmenosuchus recieves against Corrupted Creatures, it would be quite optimal to use these boys to go on runs for Corrupted Nodules, killing Titans with additional backup, and even Orbital Supply Drops, just be sure to have them well-leveled, otherwise it won't end up as good. - Psuedo-Tank; Estemmenosuchus will be beefy and will hit like a truck, it may tank a lot of hits and considering the Crazed Ego buff ontop of the Pack Buff, it makes it a very good tame for people who want to go out on crazy runs, or want to absolutely demolish a Titan with these dudes. - Kind of Trusty Companion; No matter the circumstance, be it torpor, be it low health, Estemmenosuchus will fight for you to defend you if you're dying, no matter what, it is willing to give it's life for yours, and it will ensure to do it if it has to. - No fears; it takes multiple roars from Yutyrannus to scare Estemmenosuchus away. - Versatility; Estemmenosuchus is incredibly versatile, wanna run through the wastelands? This guy will cross you through without hesitation, Wanna go to the Desert Dome? He's got you covered too, he'll keep you alive and will beat anything that DARES attack you, wanna go to the Snow Dome? He's got you covered, ain't NO managarmr attacking you, ain't NO yuty scaring bro, wanna go to the Crater Forest and build a base? You and your Estemmenosuchus will build a little house together. - EXTREMELY useful in PVE/PVP; Estemmenosuchus is WORTH taming by all means, it's combined abilities make it an extremely worth-it tame to obtain, it'd deal a lot of damage to creatures which are used a lot which could possibly be a game changer whilst in combat. The Cons of tamed Estemmenosuchus - Fatso; If you overwork your Estemmenosuchus by not properly feeding it, or making it overuse it's stamina, it will knock you off and just sit there until you properly feed it or it's stamina regenerates, note this doesn't apply if the survivor is about to die. - Tedious taming; Taming Estemmenosuchus will be EXTREMELY grinded, they can only spawn on selective zones of the wasteland and rarely, obviously not rarer than like, idk, a Corrupted max level Giga, but definetly rarely, it will be a very RNG-Based taming and spawn, as well as a max level Estemmenosuchus isn't always guaranteed - Reduced utility outside of extinction; Estemmenosuchus sounds OP in paper, but in a map outside of extinction it is practically just another high-damage dealing carnivore, this doesn't mean they'd be weak, quite the contrary actually, but Estemmenosuchus excells in Extinction and other maps that include corrupted creatures or the after-mentioned "pseudo-corrupted" creatures - Taming rates don't affect procedure; No matter your taming rates, be it times 100 taming speed it will ALWAYS take 5 victorious battles against corrupted creatures. - Overall PVE/Solo/Small Tribe challenge; Since taming Estemmenosuchus would be such a tedious and long process, a big tribe would be prefferable to find the corrupted dinos and keeping Estemmenosuchus in one place, not to mention guiding the preffered specimen away from the pack. - Pack requierments; Similarly to gachas, Estemmenosuchus will get sad if it doesn't have a pack. Saddle Estemmenosuchus' Saddle unlocks at Level 73, beggining with Late Game ARK; It will have the following requierments: 120 Metal Ingots/Scrapped Metal Ingots 180 Cementing paste 400 Hide 80 polymer/organic polymer/corrupted nodules 20 crystalized blue sap 15 crystalized red sap 60 sulfur The reasoning behind this is for Estemmenosuchus to be a tame that is worth it and at the same time not something you'll see everyone riding around with, making it expensive will make only the true survivors get the resources for this creatures saddle, the way the saddle works is that it'll give Estemmenosuchus a sort of helmet, which will exagerately extend protection from it's horns, therefore making it a sort of crest-like shield like that of Triceratops, the armor will also give the survivor protection from being flanked by enemy attackers, basically, it'd be worth it. Pack While Estemmenosuchus seems grindy, it is absolutely worth it to tame, and a pack of these? Is even MORE worth it. It is self explenatory, tame a pack of these, you get a buff, and if the leader of the pack roars, al the pack gets a buff. And that'd be IT (for now, at least) for ESTEMMENOSUCHUS! Ever wanted to have the ultimate amphibious mount to traverse land and sea, step aside shadow main ,maewing ,and rhinio make way for the emperor of the water PURUSSAURUS the largest crocodylomorph of them all ! Wild: unlike most crocs this apex is found in the ocean swamps and rumors say of a nesting ground in the center of the center but no one has ever found it and lived to tell the tail when hunting it doesn't even wait like kapros and sarcos It gose on the hunt prowling the land grabbing and dragging even gigas to their watery tomb even with rhinios their not safe it will lunge out of the water and grab any flyers and use a death roll on them plus it's not afraid of even raiding near by tribes and consuming all of their tames but will leave a gory aftermath in the prosses Domesticated: I have not seen anyone with one of these titans until a few days ago I encountered someone ridding one in some sort of Aztecan style saddle from his words he states that in order to have one of these titans on your side he had to steel an egg but it wasn't easy because unlike rock drakes the parents are straight up stating by the eggs even with an oviraptor it immediately lunges at anyone to close to it's nest but in order to bypass this he had to sacrifice his giga and charchar to distract the parent but to his surprise the rest of them also charged and hunted his tames but he managed to escape with the egg after a few days it hatched and then with his maewing raised it but once it was almost ready it ate the maewing witch made it even stronger. plus with the saddle made from obsidian, black pearls and element ore riders can now be able to traverse water and land plus it can some how climb despite it's looks and it can even take a great fall like a champ but climbs very slow witch guarantees it a spot in any tribes stables but if it is losing 9 or 5% of it's health it becomes angry but WORSE it some how it blast out boiling jets of water at everything in it's path from the enemy to it's own tribe so be careful when you are trying to tame the EMPOROR OF THE ARKS! Taming you must steal an egg but the parents are on top of the nest instead of around so you must sacrifice a tame to distract it and take the egg after hatching it you will need to fully imprint it to prevent it from turning on you when it rages and to give it more better stats use a maewing because it will consume the maewing before it grows up so always use an imprinted and mutated one OTHER ABILITYS brothers, once one of these titans is on your side much like the stegosaurus it's osteoderms have the power to flex and move with the first one being tank where three spines appear on each side that reduces damage and an increase depending on how much "FURY" it gains Brawler when in this mode it's back hardens and allows this beast to gain a 20% boost to it's attack speed and damage Killer last Brothers it's back becomes almost draconic with large spikes appearing and if it loses 35% of it's health it will unleash "FURY" To deliver Merciless justice to the enemy Saddle Now Brothers the moment you have bein waiting fore how can we ride this beast forged by the emperor him self into battle some will just bare back it with out a sadle since it has a natural defense similar to the shadow main (Heresy) but where the real fun begins is where my Brothers have found out away to attach heavy flamers to this custom saddle to purge the enemy in holy fire but it will run out so caution is necessary Brothers when using this power. one other power It possesses is the legendary death roll but to punish heretics more eficently my fellow Brothers have placed saw like blades to brutealy unleash justice to the enemy and assists in climbing witch allows us to hunt down our enemy's no matter what mountain or crevis they hide Moves Brothers now what moves dose this beast have many when using the x key brothers it will use it's mighty tail to smack heretics and stun them for 5 seconds plus with the tail hammer attachment the damage is higher and the stun last longer to craft the hammer attachment ( destruction's Victory) you will need 100 ingots and black pearls. using the right click brothers you will be able to grab heretics and them use left click you can slam them into the ground where they belong ant even use the enemy as a weapon !!!!! and to forge the jaw attachment (Maw of Justice) you will need 50 inggots and 10 element left click brother is a large bite that causes the enemy to blead and if enough damage is done you can take chunks of flesh of the enemy to heal your brothers and assert dominance!!! last brothers is it's signature move where it needs momentum then with a quick left click you will do a death roll that latches on to the enemy and drills into them with the chainsaw claws to purge the enemy to forge the claw attachment (Bane of the Heretic) you will need 50 osteoderms and 150 inggots bonus!!! when in water and a target is above right click and it will jump out of the water and grabs the target and if it's drag weight is less than the purua it will be able to consume it alive and quickly heal it to full health and can even do this on land to grab flyers like wyverns, astrodelphis and desmodus to even rhinios! left control is a roar and o can blast enemy's with jets of high pressured water but if you are unorderly grabed Brother you must use a cluster bomb or grenade to escape it's grab and it will damage the enemy Fury Fury is it's special ability where unlike the giga where it receives an amount of damage it gose rogue it will still through off the righter but will not attack it's rider but every thing else will receive no mercy until it calms down but if proper care or full imprinted it unleashes Fury to the enemy and never attacks it's own brothers and boosts it's attack and speed plus it will become immune to the call of enemy yutyranus but will instead boost it's speed causing a adrenalin rush. Armor sadly if it perishes it will not be in vain it will drop it's osteoderms and can be forged into armor that brings honor to the emperor and will give 30% armor to the one who wears the armor. so I thank you Brothers and we will need all the help we can get to aid this crusade to join our crusade is to be immortal - a brother but why the reason is since we only have two crocodylomorphs and not that many dinos that are used for land transportation since everyone just flies but it is not a rock drake clone that glides plus land travel isn't that bad since again not many use land mounts to scout and explore so with this crocodylomorph it might be more common to see survivors traveling on land instead of flying everywhere. more information will be out soon and spread the word #FORTHEEMPOROR!!!! Eu estava andando pelas montanhas quando vi uma criatura semelhante a um Giganotossauro porém menor e certamente não um bebê e sim um Meraxes Gigas um parente menor do Giganotossauro porém maior que o Tiranossauro, o comportamento desse dinossauro parece ser menos agressivo que um Giga, até consegui chegar perto dele sem ser atacado mas quando cheguei muito perto ele rugiu para mim e queria que eu me afastasse então do outro lado da montanha onde o encontrei vi uma tribo que tinha um Meraxes domesticado Gigas e eles estavam matando um alfa rex e quando o alfa rex daria o golpe final em Meraxes ele ativou o modo de raiva, mas ao contrário do giga, a raiva do meraxes é mais controlada e não sai matando os outros aleatoriamente. Ideia de criação! Achei Meraxes gigas sendo um Giga ou um Carcha mais fácil de encontrar e domar e pode ser usado em boss fights Domesticação! Para domar meraxes gigas existem duas maneiras de domar. use camuflagem para se aproximar e alimentá-lo ração extraordinariamente simples mmmas arriscado porque meraxes gigas pode sentir seu cheiro e pode atacá-lo mesmo em camuflagem. 2. Outra forma de domar é dar pérolas negras para um macho e com um macho você vai conseguir domar uma fêmea que é maior e mais forte que o macho, para domar a fêmea você tem que colocar pérolas negras ou qualquer item raro no inventário masculino e aproxime-se de uma mulher e dê-lhe presentes.
