The introduction of the Tyrannotitan into the Ark PVP scene promises to be a transformative and game-changing experience. This formidable creature is set to become a new cornerstone in the ever-evolving landscape of player versus player battles. Its introduction brings with it a breath of fresh air, injecting a unique strategy and counterplay dynamic that will have a profound impact on the existing meta. Tribes will find themselves at a crossroads, faced with critical decisions that will shape their survival and dominance in this competitive world. Some will be focused on acquiring and securing their own Tyrannotitans, recognizing the immense tactical advantage these creatures provide. Others, however, will take a different approach, opting to invest their efforts in devising means to effectively neutralize enemy-controlled Tyrannotitans, thus establishing a delicate balance of power and strategy that will define the new PVP landscape. In this ever-shifting environment, adaptability, strategy, and coordination will be key to success, as tribes strive to navigate the challenges and opportunities that the Tyrannotitan brings to the world of Ark PVP.-

Torvosaurus, a robust jurassic theropod, related to the megalosaurus, has travelled for miles to get the crown as the apex predator on Aberration. Torvosaurus wonders on the Surface to kill his only opponent, the Reaper King. Hellp him to complete his glorious hunt and he will become your trusted "big Megalosaurus brother"! Torvosaurus is a genus of two species: torvosaurus tanneri and torvosaurus gurneyi. This second one was the largest predator in the entire Europe. he had a robust body, and was quite heavier than the most known Allosaurus. He comes from the same family of the Megalosaurus (their family is called Megalosauridae). After this short introduction, I want to explain the characteristics of this new dino that I would like to introduce in the surface of Aberration; this section of the map isn't very interesting, as you can only explore it at night and only for drops (which aren't the best drops of the game). Plus, this place is very dangerous, so it is generally ignored. With the introduction of the Torvosaurus, this place may get a greater utility. LORE The torvosaurus has reached the Aberration lands to hunt the surface reaper kings, his greatest rival. He only wants glory for his family, and he is ready to die if this means protecting his smaller brother, the megalosaurus; this is why the Torvosaurus hunts alone, while the smaller brother chills in other Aberration regions. Fierce of his strong ignoring armor bite and his charge attack (similar to the Rhino), the torvosaurus truly knows that he can take down some reaper kings, before passing out. WILD The torvosaurus is only found in the surface, as his lore explains, where he just hunts other reaper kings. He mainly lives without any mate. He ignores any other living being (excluding if they are brave enough to fight this reaper killer). He can smell the reaper pheromone gland, and the torvosaurus will confuse any survivor with a reaper. He doesn't despawn when the day comes to the surface, he hides underground so it can be found again the following night. DOMESTICATED Taming a Torvosaurus involves a great hunt that must be conducted exclusively with his true smaller brother, the megalosaurus. If this creature, ridden by a survivor, roars in front of the Torvosaurus, he will roar back and will start exploring around, searching for surface reaper kings. When the survivor, still riding the megalosaurus, and the wild Torvosaurus will have killed enough reaper kings, the big brother will be truly glorified and he will get to the step 2: sacrificing a baby reaper king that is still inside the survivor. This must be conducted by dismounting the megalosaurus (the torvosaurus doesn't attack anything unless provoked) and consuming a reaper pheromone gland: the Torvosaurus will react by smelling in the air, aiming at you and will kill the reaper king inside the survivor, damaging him and leaving him with 1 HP, as the reaper queen. At this point, he will be instantly tamed. the levels of the wild surface reaper kings will affect just the speed of the step 1, while the level of the reaper king inside the survivor (which can go up to 225 on official servers) will directly affect the taming effectiveness. Skipping the step 1 will result in a Torvosaurus still not glorified by the greatest hunt of his life and will just become aggressive to the player. ABILITIES, WHILE WILD AND TAMED 1) Both while wild and tamed, the Torvosaurus hides underground to escape the terrible conditions of the Aberration Surface during the day, so he doesn't despawn after a single night. He doesn't dig underground in any other place in all the Ark universe, only when he will need to escape the Aberration Surface day conditions. 2) Both while wild and tamed, his bite ignores any natural armor, making him very strong against both reaper kings and queens, nameless, fenrir, shadowmanes, rock elementals and so on. Armor by saddles is not ignored. 3) Both while wild and tamed, he can find wild Reapers (Reaper Queens, Subterranean Reaper Kings and Surface Reaper Kings) like the Rock Drake, pointing with his head to their position, and he can stomp the ground to let them emerge. He cannot smell the presence of tamed Reaper Kings. The stomp can be performed everytime, but without a Reaper nearby it will be just a flex of power and greatness 4) Both while wild and tamed, he ignores the debuff from any Reaper King, so he can't be slowed by him. 5) Both while wild and tamed, he can perform some charged attacks in the style of the Rhino; the Torvosaurus peforms a dash and concludes it with a small jump that he uses to devastate his prey with a massive damage. Unlike the Rhino, he can't perform sequential charges, as they are very expensive in term of energy. the AI of the wild Torvosaurus shouldn't abuse of these charged attacks. 6) As the big brother of megalosaurus, he gives courage, strength and stamina recover to them by roaring during the day, in order to keep them awakened at their full strenght even with daylight. This ability is unlocked only if the Torvosaurus is tamed and finally gives megalosaurus the status they deserve: very powerful dino and usable during the day. The more megalosaurus get buffed by him during the day, the bigger the Torvosaurus gets debuffed, so a survivor needs to choose wether using him as a source of damage or as a megalosaurus support. 7) Still when tamed, the Torvosaurus passively produces tears in his inventory that can be consumed by the player to properly see at night. This is the reason why he can spend his whole life on the Aberration surface, hunting reapers during the night. Tears are excellent to see in the night, much better than the night visor; in this way the night won't be boring and frustrating for those great tribes who managed to get a Torvosaurus. STATISTICS Such a strong dino who can take down Reapers and that ignores natural armor needs to have an explanation for his statistics, as it is NOT intended to be a new giga and to be just a rex-like dino, with just high stats for fighting. He should have HP similar to a rex and melee damage similar to a megalosaurus (because he is intended to fight and kill some surface reaper kings before dying, while wild). His stamina consumption and regen should be similar to other big dino fighters, but his roar that boosts megalos should consume very a lot of stamina, like for a yuty. His charged jump attack must consume quite a lot of stamina, but shouldn't reduce it too much. With these stats, he should be a very strong dino but still balanced, because he can't both fight and support megalos. Now I will explain better the "support debuff". His debuff for supporting megalos could work this way: buffing 5 megalosaurus will give him a complete debuff, that should take his damage to a poor level (half of the original, that could be around 35 if he has a base melee damage similar to a megalosaurus, which is 75). Boosting more megalosaurus than 5 will still give the maximum debuff to the Torvosaurus and boosting a smaller number will give a minor debuff (each megalo will cause 20% of the maximum debuff). Here are some examples: boosting 2 megalos will result in a debuff that is 40% of his max quantity; if the max debuff halves his damage from around 70 to 35, a 40% of this debuff should take his base damage to 57. boosting 4 megalos will result in a 80% debuff, which will take his base damage to 42. boosting 18 megalos (for example in a bossfight) will give him a complete debuff, taking his base damage to 35. It should be the same debuff for boosting 5,6,7 and so on megalos... up to hundreds. Obviously all the numbers given by me are just suggestions and extimations; I tryed to make him balanced to a rex, a megalo, a spino or an allosaurus, not too stronger. Since I still consider the Torvosaurus a bit stronger than other big theropods, I would suggest a breeding that requires around 12 hatching hours (egg) and about 6 days to be fully grown (everything is half of a giga/carcha). Thanks to all of those guys who patiently read my Torvosaurus idea I hope some of you will appreciate him and will vote this big megalosaurus brother.

Certaosuchops (horned beast of the lagoon/Swamp Beast.)
TheMegaRexKing posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Why this Creature should be added to Ragnarok. Ragnarok is one of arks biggest and most iconic map ever. Ask someone who doesn’t play ark much and they will say Ragnarok is the best. And I thought what could go well with this map and a dinosaur I was reading off a newspaper a couple months ago was the best idea. The Ceratosuchops. Ragnarok is a big and scary map and I can tell that the Ceratosuchops in ark would be a big scary dinosaur. And also with Giganatosaurus, Carcha and the giant new bug. We would definitely need something that can be as good as them. Where should this Creature be located on Ragnarok? This creature was Originally found in the Isle of Wight. I have been to that place before, it was very nice. But besides that I thought highlands would be perfect for it but there were 2 large apex predators already there so a place where I thought would be good is here: Thats right. Ragnaroks Swamp. The reason why I chose this place for the Ceratosuchops is not only that the Spinosaurus and baryonx was there as well. It was because I want to make this part of Ragnarok noticeable. There isn’t anything interesting there that you would desperately need. But this place design is so amazing. The giant structure that is shown on the picture is incredible and it should definitely be noticeable. Ceratosuchops would have the same chance of spawning like Giganatosaurus spawn point. Behaviour. This Creature would be like the rest of the Carnivores in ark. Killing off many things to eat. But Like the spinosaurus It wouldn’t really go for the big dinos as much but mostly the fish. It’s a very agressive creature and it’s shows no mercy. Apparence Bigger than its cousin the Spinosaurus. The Certaosuchops is a buff dinosaur and is not very fast. However underwater this creature can swim perfectly. The jaws of the beast is very powerful. But the arms are very powerful. They can attack more faster then the bite of the Creature. It has strong legs to support the tank build of this monster. It also has a horn on its head to show defense Taming This creature to tame Is kinda the same as the other dinosaurs but it is different. Knock it out. You must knock it out normally as you know out other dinosaurs. when it is knocked you must keep hitting it until it reaches 10% health when it wakes up it will move very slow but it will become a passive tame. You would have to feed it raw fish. And eventually it will get faster and stronger again Once it’s 100%. You can ride it but then you would have to kill something big like a bronto,Rex,Spino anything big. And you must let the creatosuchops eat the bodies. So it can gain to like you and trust you and then there you have it. the Certasuchops is yours. Abilities A powerful bite. This creatosuchops bite is as strong as a carcahdontsaurus arms. The creatosuchops arms are so strong it can send medium, small dinosaurs and humans flying. It can also hit twice. stun roar. The creatosuchops roar can stun enemy or wild dinosaurs that have a lower level then it. pickup. It can also have the ability to pick up humans and creatures that are medium size in its mouth. Dossier: WILD The Ceratosuchops is a Gargantuan Beast that roams the swamp water. It is both powerful on land and water. Your just strolling through the swamps until you hear a loud roar and notice something from far away. You think it’s baryonx but as it gets closer it’s way more bigger and badder. The Monster then devours the poor creatures and then strolls off to find more food. People think that this Apex predator is myth until they come face to face with its jaws and powerful claws. You would have to knock this thing out and damage it until it wakes up. Then you must fill its hunger with corpses and fish. Then ride it and start a bloodbath and then the creature trusts you and will turn the battlefield into a graveyard. Dossier: DOMESTICATED Taming the beast to be on your side is more then a trophy. But a victory. The monster will kill anything it’s path just to protect you and your tribe. This giant is a tank in battle and is a great tame. The hunger creature will eat as much as it wants even if it’s a whole Titanosaur. It may not be very fast but it is very deadly. Your tribe will be feared by everything that bares to witness the Ceratosuchops. A huge ally and a great kaiju. Thank you for reading this. let’s show them the power of the Creatosuchops -
Hello everybody I hope I'm not late to the party but here's my first creature submission ENJOY!!!! DOSSIER Common Name: Thanatosdrakon Species: Thanatosdrakon amaru Time: Upper Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Wild: For a long time i thought quetzalcoatlus was the largest pterosaur, until i meet this "monster", thanatosdrakon amaru also known as "Death Dragon" wich is a very fitting name, is a large pterosaur, similar in apparence to the quetz but far more bigger, agressive and "brave", this creature is able to hunt everything in his way but not only limiting to other flying creatures, Thanatosdrakon is very capable of hunting even land creatures with relative ease, i theorized that the only real threat for this apex predator are the wyverns, but that theory went down really fast after seeing a Thanatosdrakon eating the corpse of a fire wyvern. It appears that thanatosdrakon has evolved to become the definitive apex predator from the skies and to show how unfair evolution can be, these creature can mimic the elemental powers, after one one of those creatures dive right into the wyvern cave, he emerged back irradiating an intense green color and an strange cloud was surrounding his body, it's clear that he just eat a poison wyvern egg, with all these adaptations i theorize that the thanatosdrakon serves as some kind of population control for the wyverns. Domesticated: Taming one of these beasts sounds like an impossible task and after hearing how a tribe tamed one i'm 100% sure that who wants to tame one has 0% appreciation for his life, however they are a force to be reckoned with, they are extremely good battle beasts, unlike the wyverns who rely on his elemental attacks this creature doesn't need that to be considered a deadly threat, but if you want extra power you can give this beast with wyvern eggs and he will "absorb" the strength of it, making the thanatosdrakon a very versatile creature. TAMING To tame a thanatosdrakon you need a bunch of wyvern eggs (any elemen works) a bunch of parachutes, one good shield and a lot of confidence in yourself, first you need attract him to land and then throw a wyvern egg in front of him, he will get all his attention to the egg and he will proceed to eat, while he's eating you have to run to him and press E and you will have to do a rodeo minigame in the sky similar to andrewsarchus, he will kick you off but you have to use your parachute, while you are falling he will still try to eat you use your shield or have a friend to pick you with a fast flying mount, after a few tries it will be ready to ride. ABILITIES Peck: Normal attack that allow the thanatosdrakon to farm meat and do damage (Right Mouse Click). Wing Beat and Barrel Roll: If you are in land this attack is a wing beat that push and stun dinos away from you but if you do it while flying this attack is a barrel roll that stuns only flying creatures sending them to land (Left Mouse Click). Grab: Thanatosdrakon is capable of carrying the same type of creatures that a quetz can (CTRL + Left Mouse Click). Mimic: The main ability thanatosdrakon has is being able to mimic up to 2 elemental powers from the wyvern's (fire, electric, poison and ice) to activate this ability you need to feed him an egg and he will gain the ability of that specific egg, obviously he will not get only a fire breath or lighting breath like the wyverns, he will get his own different attacks. Fire egg: He gains the ability to clap his wings to create a fire explosion similar to the phoenix. Lightning egg: He gains the ability to do a barrel roll in a straight line doing damage to anything close and obviously to what it direct hits. Poison egg: He gains the ability to create a cloud surrounding him that deals dps for a period of time. Ice egg: He gains a temporary ice armor that decrease damage taken by 30% and reduce his speed by 15% (does not work on any fire related attacks). *To use any of these attacks you need to press C and if you want to switch between elements you only need to click CTRL + C* Skylord: Thanatosdrakon has a passive ability called "skylord" which increase the damage to any flying creature in a 20% Diving Swipe: It also has the ability to dive however it does not have a final explosion when he hits land and it does not increase the speed if you look up like the griffin or snow owl, however you can still do extra damage if you hit while diving. Royal Eater: Being the king of the skies requires the best kind of food, so thanatosdrakon is a good prime meat farmer. Roar: Just a cosmetic roar to look badass while flying (CTRL).

An Introduction to Himalayasaurus Ragnarok has an absolutely wonderful ocean, with diverse and beautiful sub-biomes and underwater terrain such as the tuso trench and the shallows in the southeast. So, I present a new creature for the ocean, the giant ichthyosaur himalayasaurus. The real world's himalayasaurus was a primitive large ichthyosaur that lived during the triassic period. There is little fossil material attributed to the species, but enough for some unique traits to be recognized. First off, the teeth of himalayasaurus had unique edges designed to cut through skin and flesh with extreme efficiency. In addition, himalyasaurus had a very sturdy skeleton to survive the pressure of the deep ocean and large, developed eyes for optimal vision in low light environments. My concept for himalayasaurus in Ark focuses on being less powerful stat-wise compared to mosasaurus or tusoteuthis but having unique traits enhancing its matchups against certain creatures based on the traits found on the real-world species. Visual Reference source: https://www.deviantart.com/giantchoy/art/Himalayasaurus-820899912 My Concept Ark's himalayasaurus would spawn rarely in the deep oceans of Ragnarok, ideally in similar locations to mosasaurus. Himalayasaurus, being a carnivore, would also attack wild creatures around it with a large aggro range. Although it spawns in the deep ocean, himalayasaurus would not have a depth cap like that of mosasaurus and plesiosaurus, meaning if chasing a player, it can chase them all the way to the surface or even to the shore. The base stats of himalayasaurus would be as follows: Health: 3000 Stamina: 400 Food: 7000 Weight: 1000 Melee damage: 100%(wild)/175%(tamed) (this is the standard base stat for most ark creatures) Movement speed: around 0.7x as fast as plesiosaurus, not too fast but not sluggish by any means. Torpor: 7000 Torpor drain: very fast Breeding: Himalayasaurus would be breedable, with similar gestation/maturation times to plesios. Taming Himalyasaurus would be a knockout tame, as I feel that would be sufficiently difficult with the environment of the deep ocean and himalayasaurus's high torpor stat and fast torpor drain. Himalayasaurus would require similar food to mosasaurus to tame, preferring exceptional kibble. Attacks & Passive Abilities Attacks: Left click is a bite, dealing 85 base damage with a medium attack speed. Right click is a tail swipe. Himalayasaurus swings its tail back and forth to deter enemies behind it. This deals two hits of 40 base damage. C is the Riptide Ravaging attack, a powerful bite with a cooldown. This attack deals 100 base damage and inflicts the Gnashed! effect. This attack has 20 seconds of cooldown after use. X is the Hadal Onslaught attack, a powerful long distance charge. Himalayasaurus puts on a burst of speed and charges forward. During this charge, the ability to turn is massively reduced, similar to while using the pheonix's spacebar ability. Upon impacting a creature, the charge ends and himalyasaurus bites down on the victim with heavy momentum, dealing 115 base damage and inflicting a 50% slowdown effect for 10 seconds. If himalayasaurus was below the mosa/plesio depth cap when the charge began, it is coated in a shield of high pressure water, giving it 50% damage resistance for the duration of the charge. If himalyasaurus impacts a creature above the depth cap with this shield, the shield shatters, creating a shockwave due to the sudden pressure change. This stuns the victim of the charge for 10 seconds (no dismount) and the bite at the end of the charge deals 30% extra damage. This attack can destroy stone and metal structures. Passive abilities: Keen eyesight: Himalayasaurs's keen eyesight give it immunity to any sight obscuring effects, such as tusoteuthis ink. In addition, himalyasaurus's aggression ignores any invisibility effects. For example, if you hit a wild himalayasaurus with a shadowmane and then went invisible, the himalyasaurus would not un-aggro, and would pursue and attack you as normal. Cutting-edge teeth: Himalyasaurus's specialized teeth allow it to cut through most protective armor. Himalyasaurus's attacks completely ignore any natural resistance. This includes things like the natural armor of shadowmanes and innate resistances of dunkleosteus or reapers. its attacks also ignore 50% of any saddle armor. Himalayasaurus is immune to being stunned by cnidaria, but is still slowed, similar to tusoteuthis. That is all for my concept of himalyasaurus in Ark. I do apologize for the lack of visuals, as I am horrible at drawing and there are very few reconstructions of himalyasaurus due to the fragmentary remains. However, I believe that himalayasaurus would be a unique creature to add to Ark and a good fit for Ragnarok's oceans. If you agree, please add your vote to this submission and feel free to make any suggestions in the replies. Thanks for reading!

Austolovenator, Apex of the plains
Moltenenneard10 posted a suggestion in Creature submission archive
Species Name- Australovenator Wintensis In the wild- Australovenator is a rare species of the ark, only being found in flat, non-forested areas. They can also be found in deserts, but they're even rarer here. Australovenator would have an aggressive temperament toward the player and their teams. However, it would be docile to wild creatures around it unless attacked. Australovenator has a wide agro range and will keep agro until either losing interest (after about 10 seconds) or leaving render distance. Australovenator is incredibly fast, as fast as a rolling roll rat! It takes about 6 seconds for a Australovenator to reach this speed, however. Escaping this animal can be a challenge, but getting to the high ground or running to a nearby dense forest is your safest bet. Australovenator will be a sort of upgrade to the raptor, being about the size of an iguanodon. Taming process- In order to tame a Australovenator I would advise to build a trap and lure it in while on a flying creature. From there, you need to sneak up to it and feed it beer, that's right, beer. From here, it will get a status effect called "Drunk Rage." This effect will aggravate everything around it for about a minute. This will also nearly double its damage. A level 1 Fukui will need about 1 beer jar, a level 150 would need about 13. Once it's fed the final beer, it will tame but will be knocked out for about 10 seconds. Tamed- Australovenator's saddle is unlocked at level 75. A tamed Australovenator has a few unique abilities. To start with, it has its basic bite, the weakest of its attacks. However, you can bite while moving at its extreme speeds. The second ability would be a latching ability, this would allow Australovenator to latch onto a larger animal like a rex and take bites out of it. However, Australovenator can take damage from the creature attacking back in this phase. up to two Austrolovenator can be on a target at any given time depending on the size. a creature the size of a stego could only have a single Australovenator on it, while a creature the size of let's say the dragon could have up to 5 on it at a time. Australovenator stamina would drain quickly during this. The last of its remarkable abilities is its speed. As mentioned before, it can go as fast as a rolling roll rat, however, Turing is a different story. Australovenator when at full sprint can whip around a full 180 at the cost of some of its speed, needing to regain some of it afterwards similar to andrewsarchus. Roles- It can serve many roles and purposes, one of them being for combat. With all of its amazing abilities, it's no surprise, it would fit in as a truly worthy opponent during combat. However, it serves a very nice niche in a PvE setting. It can serve as a metal harvester, as it has a 50 percent weight reduction for metal, stone, sulfur, obsidian, and many other minerals. This makes it great to pair with creatures such as doedicurus and ankylosaurus. It could also be used for boss fights against creatures like the titans and the dragon. In PvP setting, it can be amazing for base raids, being able to whittle a creature's health down and sporting the speed to get away with it relatively unharmed. Thank you for reading through this extensive article about the Proposed apex of the plains.
