He comprado y me he instalado el juego ayer viernes 27 de octubre y no he podido jugar todavía porque se me bloquea. No me deja ni crear el personaje y luego no puedo salir, tengo que reiniciar el equipo para poder salir y volver a entrar.

Lo he intentado toda la tarde y es una desesperaciónm todos mis amigos jugando y yo sin poder acceder. 

Hemos comprobado todos los requisitos para el juego y son correctos y la memoria también es correcta.

También hemos probado a desinstalar y volver a instalar, ya no se nos ocurre nada más.

Sólo puedo jugar los fines de semana y toda la tarde del viernes ha sido perdida.

 

Por favor, darme una solución.

Hello!
I bought and installed the game yesterday, Friday, October 27, and I haven't been able to play yet because it crashes. It won't even let me create the character and then I can't exit, I have to restart the computer to be able to exit and re-enter.
I've been trying all afternoon and it's frustrating, all my friends are playing and I can't access it.
We have checked all the requirements for the game and they are correct and the memory is also correct.
We have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, we can't think of anything else.
I can only play on weekends and the entire Friday afternoon has been wasted.
