    The official servers are a joke and are completely dominated by trolls and assholes. Try an unofficial server instead, there are literally hundreds to choose from. Look around and see if you can find a friendly group that is willing to help.

     

    I'd invite you to try out one of my servers, but they are East-Coast US based and I'm afraid your ping wouldn't be very good.
