  1. Hello, since January 2024?, I haven't been able to sign in or even start a new game in ASA. It really sucked investing 241 hours into my single player game and poof ..nolonger accessible. I got so frustrated with it that I purchased ASA ( a second time) on my Xbox series x , but had to start from scratch. Months later, today, ASA is running great on Xbox, but I still can not access anything past the splash screen on my PS 5. All other games, including live service game work just fine, ASA is the only game with an issue. Things I've tried so far: Checked for and installed any and all updates Renew game License Delete and reinstall ASA Restore game from the cloud Reset my PS5 Continously report the issue and error code to PSN Purchased a new PS5 slim ( 2 weeks ago) I've had several conversations with PSN customer support. PSN denies that any issue exists on thier side, eventually, one PSN CSM told me " Studio Wild Card is the only one who can fix this issue, they have the tools to do the job, take it up with them". I have several friends whom I encouraged to purchase ASA on PS5 who are having the same issue, yet no fix...I am fortunate enough to own 3 different systems (PS5,Xbox series x, Gaming PC) , so I was able to get back to playing via a different system, but they are screwed..and so am I, I guess out if the $50.00 cost of ASA. With no real way of reporting the issue to gain a resolution , I'm not sure what to do from here. I've attempted to submit a ticket, but only " ban appeal, or harassment tickets are being accepted by Studio Wildcard. Any suggestions?
