Hello, Wo Whom It May Concern Where do I begin? A few months ago, in [ESP/EU] Alandalus PvE x5 No Wipe [Mods/Mercado], one of my servers, did some kind of a deep cleaning, (September and October), we were allowed to relocate our items to Valguero, since then, we had to start a new tribe and were unable and we still cannot enter or do anything with our shop. I've been asking for help ever since. With this most recent "maintenance", the server of Alandalus mentioned above has disappeared. We don't see nor locate the small plus (+), there is no box to enter any Ip number and we are going to lose everything because we are unable to enter the Alandalus server. I have begged for help and I have done everything to no avail. Please, can someone help me.
