I tried the ascend 1 and ascend 2 commands, went to single player and dropped all uploaded items and even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it ... the only solution was to go to saved folder and deleted my saves (ShooterGame/Saved/SaveGames) after doing that nothing was missing except for the map was brand new and nothing discovered, but most importantly I can finally open drops and access the obelisk again. hope that helps.
