I realize that cryopods weren't supposed to help us switch up the imprints, but I have to agree (or empathize at least) with everyone saying that we've had that "feature" for so long that it has become a helpful tool. Like how making Moschops rideable was a bug but then the masses said "wait, don't take it away, it's useful!!!" . The cryopod trick felt like a "helpful cheat" on things (especially for animals like wyvern that have a specific food need) and to take it away does go back to the challenge of needing that specific needed item. And that's definitely not unfair, truly. But, as others are saying...with everything that has been happening with the game and the feel of the grind of gameplay and so many other things souring players to Ark, I am on the side of "let us have this one, guys". Let us keep a bugged feature that helped a lot of players instead of taking something helpful away from an already disgruntled fan base. OR give us another way to switch up the imprint item requested. A craftable potion or something.

Oh and here I was excitedly thinking we were getting a new real-world creature in the adventurer pack. Sad. BUT interesting looking creature that looks like a bigger version of the megachelon, that can also fly. Wasn't what I was expecting at all but alright!!! Definitely sounds potentially very helpful in the Scorched, dry terrain!!! Also so excited to see Wheatart's piece in here! She made the direwolf sooooo beautiful in that piece!

As for merch= stickers, pins (I see you have some, but definitely more), buttons, bookmarks, keychains, art prints are all big collectibles right now. Blankets, playing cards, figurines/tabletop rpg minis, statues, wall scroll maps, and drinkware all could be definite possibilities. As for specific animals: PLEASE THYLACOLEO STUFF! I have a hard time finding cool thyla stuff in general and LOVE Ark thyla! I would love to see that for sure! I also have a friend that would go bonkers for a lystrosaur plush! The Ark Raptor and parasaur have a very iconic look as well as the Ark trike (being hybrid as it is) so those could be good ones as well to do stuff with. I think the Argentavis are pretty and really love the Ark Yutyrannus as well. Also, if there were Ark temporary tattoos or prosthetics for cosplay made of the specimen implant that'd be awesome! Or maybe something to do with HLN-A as a light?

Is it a giant Reed instrument? Or wind instrument? Why does it have flaps that open along it? Weird design choice!

Yet again my least favorite that I had zero interest in has won. And again it's one that was too pvp-oriented and "the next massive OP thing". Alas. But at least this is the second "first on the forum, first in the ranked" winner so maybe whatever work they're doing to crack down on bogus votes that may have been skewing previous results is working! And while I never wanted the carchar and thought it was both nice of WC to give it to people and also just catering to pvp crowds pitching fits, I feel there are several other animals that would benefit from being awarded wins to be placed into the game. It doesn't have to be Ascended, but at this point the Maevia, the gorgonopsid, and the bison truly deserve to show up in at least Ark 2 given to the community. These animals have repeatedly gotten into the top 10 when they've appeared and have immense followings. I know the spider isn't everyone's cup of tea but neither was the carchar, obviously because it didn't win either of its votes. So for those that are begging for the spider and the gorgon and the bison over and over, why can't we have our desperately-wanted-winners too? I truly would hope that we get some of these repeat-top-10s in Ark 2 if they aren't given to us for Ascended. There's a big reason they keep getting to the top. So, while I am disappointed and completely disinterested in the dreadnoguhtus and will never bother to tame it, I'm glad that the thylasmilius got near the top as it had new and far.more interesting battle mechanics introduced and I'm glad that the votes are reflecting the forum ranks a little closer...even when I don't like the #1 at all. On to the next, I suppose!

Just figured it was an idea to throw out there in case you liked it.

Suggestion: what if the smaller ones could have either helmets or a "saddle pack" equipment slot so they could have armor added to them even though they can't be ridden? Like the hyenadon meatpack or the shoulder pets that can wear helmets? So that way even though we couldn't ride them, we could protect them with some armor while they go into battle with us?

Darn sickness and life getting in the way of being able to do more art ^^,

Wish I knew a better way to support and showcase this lovely cat. For the literal months' worth of work and effort put in by on-team artists, authors, designers to better be appreciated!

Curious if you plan to submit it for any other maps if it doesn't take this one, because I REALLY like it!
