  1. Dossier Concept made by me Info: Species: Saurophaganax coronatus Time: Late Jurassic Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Cruel Tameable: Yes Rideable: Yes Breedable: Unknown Taming Method: Knockout Prefered Food: Corrupted Heart Size Comparison Wild: Saurophaganax has a 30% chance to spawn instead of a Rex in the wasteland of Extinction. This species is very dangerous as it hunts down almost anything it sees. But Saurophaganax doesn't just hunt you down. Once it catches you, it will torment you by throwing you around like a chew toy and pinning you on the ground scratching at you. Eventually, the Saurophaganax will kill you or your mount after it’s done tormenting it. Saurophaganax also has poisonous quills on its tail and while they can’t be shot out like a Thorny Dragons, they will swing their tail causing its target to be poisoned. Saurophaganax also targets Corrupted creatures more often than normal creatures. Taming: Saurophaganax has a unique taming method. In order to render it unconscious you must first allow it to pin you to the ground with its feet or pick you up in its mouth. From there you have to set C4 on it and make it explode. Each explosion deals a bit of torpor. Continue until the predator is unconscious. The preferred taming food of Saurophaganax are Corrupted Hearts (Corrupted Nodules and Organic Polymer also work but it destroys the taming effectiveness). Once Tamed: Saurophaganax can be saddled at level 85. While it isn’t as big or as strong as a Giga, it’s much faster. Saurophaganax deals increased damage to corrupted creatures, defense units, MEKs, and enforcers. It can also use its claws to harvest massive amounts of element from the nodes in the wastelands. Controls: Left Click- Bite Right Click- Claw Attack (gathers element) C- Jaw Grasp (carries small to medium creatures) X- Foot Pin (holds down small creatures) Z- Tail Attack (deals poison) Ctrl- Roar for aesthetics aesthetics VOTE FOR SAUROPHAGANAX!!!!
  2. I don't think so. The ceratosaurs defiantly did but I don't know about the others.
  3. Sorry Depths, I fixed it and I won't do anything like that again. Thanks for making me aware of this.
  4. Sorry Depths, I forgot I needed permission for that. I'm working on fixing that right now.
  5. *I've recently update the dossier and concept art for my creature suggestion (the Livyatan) because when I first posted I used the Livyatan concept art made by Garuga123, the creatuor of the amazing ARK: Additions mod. I had forgotten that it counts as copyright and have deleted it and made my own art for the Livyatan (which I actually enjoyed more because now I could design it to look however I wanted). I apologize to Garuga and video production assistant/ youtuber UpfromtheDepths who made me aware of this issue. Livyatan Concept Art made by me Info: Species: Livyatan melvillei Time: Miocene Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Tamable: Yes Rideable: Yes Breedable: Unknown Taming Method: Passive Preferred Food: Moby sausage Delight Dossier Concept made by me Wild: Livyatan is a giant relative of the sperm whale. It rarely spawns in very deep waters on The Center map. It’s extremely aggressive and will attack survivors and their tames on sight. Livyatan will also attack other oceanic creatures, most notably Ammonites and Tusoteuthis. Livyatan is also not affected by Tusoteuthis ink or jellyfish stings and wild creatures will not attack it after it kills an ammonite. They have several attacks including a basic bite, a head ram, a tail flick, and a breech. Taming: Livyatan can be tamed but not via tranquilizers. In fact, its blubber is so thick that it’s immune to torpor. Livyatan can be tamed via a new item called Moby sausage Delight (temporary name) which you can craft at level 90. This item is unique because it’s so large that when you place it (in the water because it will be destroyed out of water), it's bigger than the player. Livyatans love this treat and will eat it and while they eat their taming percentage will go up. Once the whale hits 100% it will be tamed and the cake will be destroyed. But while Livyatan eats it will attract animals to come and try to attack it, this is due to the large amount of ammonite bile in the cake. Survivors must protect it while it is eating or the taming will reset. Moby sausage Delight Recipe Livyatan Taming Process Concept (created by me) Once Tamed: Livyatan can be settled at level 98. It has several attacks and abilities. Similar to its wild state, Livyatan isn’t affected by ammonite ink, tuso ink, jellyfish stings or eel electricity. It’s also worth noting that Livyatan will need to go up to the surface every once in a while to breathe after it’s been tamed. The attacks are the following: Bite: Activated by pressing Left Click. This is a basic attack that deals high damage. When harvesting corpses, Livyatan can gather a large amount of raw meat, raw prime meat, raw fish meat, and raw prime fish meat. Bite Attack concept Head Ram: Activated by pressing Right Click. This attack deals medium damage and high torpor to almost anything it hits. Head Ram Attack Concept Tail Flick: Activated by pressing C. This attack deals low damage and high knockback. Tail Flick Attack Concept Breech: Activated by pressing X. Allows your Livyatan to thrust forward out of water and grab a creature whether it be above the water, on top of the water or under the water on your way up. Breech Ability Concept Echolocation: Activated by Pressing Ctrl. Sends out a soundwave that lets the survivor know where nearby creatures are even in the darkest of waters. This ability is similar to Desmodus. This ability may also help you find hidden caves and supply crates. Echolocation Ability Concept
  6. Dossier Generic Info: Common Name: Uropygi Species: Mastigoproctus titanteus Time Period: Carboniferous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Territorial Tameable: Yes Rideable: Yes Breedable: Yes Taming Method: Passive Emblized By: Large Bear Trap, Chain Bola Prefered Food: Alpha Tributes A real life Uropygi (aka Whip Scorpion or Vinegaroon). Wild: The Uropygi is a giant relative of modern day whip scorpions. They spawn just about anywhere on Aberration (but are VERY, VERY rare). They have an increased chance to spawn on the surface. They are very powerful with their claws dealing bleed damage and their whip-like flagella being able to stun enemies and pull survivors off their mounts. They’re very territorial and will attack any challenger that steps foot in their domain. These are ambush predators that will burrow into the ground and attack their prey from above, similar to the Basilisk and Reapers. Although unlike true scorpions like Pulmonoscorpius, they are completely non-venomous, but still deadly due to their claws having the ability to cause their targets to take intense bleed damage. The males of this species have much larger claws and longer forearms than the females. Taming: Taming the Uropygi is not an easy task. Their exoskeleton is too hard to be pierced by tranqs so the best way to tame this creature is by immobilizing it with a large bear trap or a chain bola, then feed it tribute items. This creature is incredibly fussy and won’t be willing to trust survivors that easily. They will only trust a survivor when they feed it several tributes from creatures on the map. This includes Nameless Venom, Spino Sails, among others. You get extra taming effectiveness when you use Alpha Tributes like Alpha Basilisk Fangs, Alpha Karkinos Claws, and Alpha Reaper King Barbs. Once Tamed: Uropygi can be mounted with a saddle unlocked at level 97. This saddle has a special cockpit similar to the Magmasaur saddle. This allows the arthropod to bury into the ground, and even move around, with the survivor still being able to breathe and keep sand or dirt out of their eyes. This makes it a great traveling mount as well as a powerful war mount. Additionally, their strong exoskeleton makes it so they are immune to radiation and can go out on the surface of Aberration during the daytime, for their exoskeletons can absorb ultraviolet rays. Survivors can use this to their advantage. If a tamed Uropygi is hit with a Charge Lantern, they will absorb its rays and emit charge light throughout their whole body. This effect makes the arachnid much more powerful, but only lasts for about 10 minutes. It will also weaken any Nameless and Reapers in the area. Uropygi Saddle Concept. A tamed Uropygi buffed after being hit with a charge lantern. Controls: Left Click: Claw Attack (Main Attack) Right Click: Whip Attack C: Burrow/Surface X: Claw Swipe Attack *And yes, I was inspired by the Silurian Scorpion from Primeval. I only used the model for the dossier because I can’t create awesome paleo artwork.
  7. Common Name: Predator X (or simply just X) Species: Pliosaurus Funkei Time: Late Jurassic Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Aggressive Tamable: Yes Rideable: Yes Breedable: Unknown Preferred Food: Varied Wild: Predator X is the much larger and more aggressive relative of Liopleurodon. It rarely spawns anywhere around the oceans of Ragnarok. Being aggressive, it will hunt down survivors, tames and wild creatures. Most smaller creatures it encounters wild be killed easily, but larger creatures will be attacked from bellow by this colossus. They can also be seen breeching out of the water to catch flying prey or kill prey close to the surface of the water. Taming: Despite their size, Predator X can be washed ashore by storms. This is the only opportunity for survivors to tame them. To tame Predator X, you must find one stranded on a beach or in the shallow waters after a storm. From there you must keep it satisfied and wet by passively feeding it a few of the following: Raw Prime Meat Raw Mutton Raw Prime Fish Wyvern Milk Ammonite Bile Giant Bee Honey Absorbent Substrate Sarcosuchus Skin Spinosaurus Sail Tusoteuthis Tentacle Shadow Steak Saute Battle Tartare Angler Gel Black Pearls Organic Polymer Element Large Creature Eggs A creature in a Cryopod This may sound simple, but a large stranded animal on a beach is sure to attract scavengers, so be prepared to defend the Predator X that you're taming. Tamed: If you manage to tame Predator X, you will probably never need another ocean mount again. Its saddle is unlocked at level 99, and for good reason. With its large and strong bite, Predator X will be able to take out enemies easily and its lunge ability allows you to take out much larger creatures. You can also use the lunge ability to breech out of the water. Predator X's size also allows it to swallow other survivors and small creatures (the largest being a Triceratops). Since Predator X lacks any stomach fluids, it is able to keep the creatures it swallowed alive in it's massive gut. This is useful for transporting land creatures across oceans safely. But be warned, if your Predator X dies, so will the creatures and survivors it stored. Hope you enjoy this concept for Predator X.
