  1. Thank you all for your replies. I started to implement the suggestions by first removing all mods. This enabled me to get to character creation, which I wasn't able to do before, so I think this solved the problem. It will be slow to test every mod individually, but I did have a thought on that matter. I had recently noticed a mod that supposedly added a new creature (Metal golems) was listed as removed for policy violations. I had never actually seen one of the golems, but potentially that was the mod that had stayed in my save game and was the cause of all this. I will still check all the other mods one by one, but that is my first thought.

  3. I do not think this is a bug or widespread issue. I think it is unique to my system, but not savvy enough to come up with a solution. I was playing and had a crash. I didn't think anything about that at the time and just quit for the night. Days later I tried to play again and about 10 seconds after clicking single player to resume playing the following error comes up twices then desktop. Fatal error! Kernal32.dll, and ntdll.dll errors I am assuming it is an issue with windows (using windows 10), but that is about the limit of my problem solving. I verified steam files of ASA, made sure windows was updated, checked video drivers, and so on but nothing seems to help. I deleted my save and tried to start a new one as well. Ideas anyone?
  4. When one does a search for how to make a modded workbench most videos use the following steps (made for ASE/UE4): copy anvil bench engram, inventory, structure, and storage box. The engram references the structure, the structure references the storage box, and the storage box references the inventory. The storage box uses a variable component to do the referencing. In the videos you would add a new reference to your modded inventory, then delete the original reference to the anvil bench. I have done this already in ASA. However, some update to the devkit made the adding a new reference (to your modded inventory) slightly more complicated and also made the ability to delete the original reference to the anvil bench inventory impossible (or at least not obvious). My simple question is how can you make a modded workbench now? What probably very obvious steps are involved?

Large head for a sauropod Taming Get it into element then it will want one of three things (plant species X seed, rock drake feather, or reaper pheromone) Abilities Shake (causes earthquake but gives better loot) Stomp (Very high damage and stuns small to medium creatures in radius for 20 seconds) Back Kick (high knockback and decent damage) Roar (stuns rock drakes out of the sky for a minute) Takes 50% damage form element but only 20 from everything else Resistant to radiation Saddle Abilities If you are riding with the saddle on your character does not get hurt by radiation or element (you can ride it without the saddle) Saddle Cost 20 blue gems 30 green gems 2 red gems 350 hide 400 fiber 10 gas balls 15 polymer 10 crystal 35 metal Hope you like the volgatitan
  6. Abilities: It will be a glass cannon or travel mount. There will be three bars kind of like a charcha one is bleed damage another for defense and lastly for fortitude protection for your character. There are three attacks bite, claw, and roar (roar resets bar like charcha). You can only fill up one bar at a time. Spawn: Desert or Volcano Bleed Bar: The more you kill the more damage the bleed does. Once at it gets to 100% it is dealing double damage no matter the melee damage. Defense Bar: For this bar you have to eat crunchy creatures for example stego, anky, or doed. Once at 100% it will be about the defense of a journeyman saddle (you can ride it without the saddle but the saddle adds little defense). Fortitude Bar: For this bar you have to eat creatures that spawn in the snow. Once at 100% it will be like your character has 60% fortitude. Taming: Get it below 10% health then it will eat anything. Lead/bring it to creatures for it to eat (pickup able by regular wyvern, Qutez, or rhyniognatha). The bigger the creature the better. Ability Keys: space= jump left click= bite right click= claw c= Roar (reset bar) Taming Tips Net gun or chain bola it to lower its health. Clear out area first so it does not get its self killed. Bring it to low level creatures level does not matter size does. Appearance: Ruffley carno sized with a long snout, two small crests, and some fur on its back.
