It's bullet proof and rivals mate boosted max melee gigas. The King titan is scared of it too. He's very aggressive and can one-hit every single creature in ARK except Gallimimus who is his only natural predator. Taming method requires feeding him Titanosauruses. It'll has to be sized up like 1 000 000 000 times but it surely won't be a problem.
