      I am not sure I can help you, I only help with the forums as a volunteer.

      Is this an XBox server?

      And, have you tried opening a trouble ticket?

      At the top of the forum, you will see multiple options, such as Home, Activity, Ark Wiki, Goodies, and Support, plus 2 other options.

      Click on support.

      On the next page, in the upper right corner, there will be an option Submit A Request.  That will take you to a page with a single drop down.  Choose Technical Support and when the page refreshes, fill in all of the appropriate information and submit.
