Its single player but im using wi-fi,so its not about connection.And yes i did make a report. So i will try reinstalling the app, thx for the help. edit: I also did try rebooting my device but it didnt work.

Its been 20 days since my game crashed in a dungeon and i cant load back in, it crashes all the time, i already try lowering my graphics. i thought it would fix if i waited for the arkmass thing to end, but it didnt, what can i do?
