All i can say is open a ticket, put in as much info,pics and recordings and hope the GM has the will and the time.

And good luck with the griefer, every server gets theirs.

ever heard about breeding? 

breeding is 100 times bigger on pve than pvp. ppl breed thousands of dinos. since we dont have cryo we pretty much cant start breeding.

need more servers wich they wont add as they assume a lot of players will tire out in a month or so leaving them with "empty" servers. so we suffer for buying this game at launch and have to wait for the "weak" minded players to give up and leave. 

5186 has now been down for more than 6 hours. will this come back anytime soon? what is happening? i know servers are struggeling but its no solution to just leave them down and let us sit around like morons.

Why? the server is a hot mess, even for a EA.

Servers couldnt run to save their lives and they got what? 150 servers running? 70x150 so just over 10k ppl can play? when ASE have had 40k consistently  playing for a long time? so 30k players are sitting spamming "join"

im leaving a negative rew all day long until they get this thing to a lvl where i can recommend it to ppl.

same with us 220 tribe gone.

lets talk about it. The server save lags are horrible by themselves, this is utter rubbish and needs attention.

Been back on this server for 3 days now and im greeted by the usual lags + some shorter ones wich is fine BUT talking to the players on 507 the server has been booting all players every 30-90 mins.'

This is imho gamebreaking and i hope to god this is not "just how it is"

Please look into this. no one can do drops nor vains while this madness persists.

Like with 705 ? 15 mins downtime means 6 hours minimum, 

waiting for the server to come back on after a 15 min update, 6 hours and counting now

its not unlike a lot of official servers. can confirm lags, DCing. dead dinos and players due to the murder wall, great content!!!
