Although I'm generally a fan of the building changes in ASA, I really, and it's a growing discomfort, don't like the new greenhouse textures. It isn't see-through so we can't create bases where we can see the lovely scenery outside, plus the aesthetics are totally out of keeping with with wood, stone or metal and just look like ugly cheapo plastic. Why do we use crystal to make something that plainly looks like it's made out of oil (petroleum -> plastic).
Please change the greenhouse back to ASE style or make it more glass like in appearance. Tyvm.
If you paint them they go clearer.

The images are broken for me about this creature.

No summer bash, Wonderful, Shutting down servers in SEP and can't give us the same event as switch? you guys are just filled with disapointment, considering you ignore your players constantly.
Are you surprised?

Yes I think they wont. coz they clearly didn't say it, plus it would completely break the point they were mentioned in the last price change.
So I'm 99% sure the 39.99$ include all maps !
Also, The Price of ASA including all Maps was 59.99$ IIRC, but now it's 44.99$ for Early Access Period (which is 1 whole year or so until all old Maps are remastered and released in ASA) it's clearly a 15$ reduction.
the 5$ Reduction is an extra Discount for buying the game at launch, it's the usual Steam Launch discount price for most game. its only until 1 week or so after the game launched, then it will change back to 44.99$.
Its not a $15 reduction though is it... We are literally investing in a beta test for the game just like we did with ASE and the fact they havent said that they wouldnt charge extra for the maps doesnt mean anything at this point in time... Hell they said ASA was a free upgrade to those that had ASE look how that turned out.
Final thing... If you think that ASA will be in early access for only a year then you are deluded. WC has never ever hit a deadline or initial date since the launch of ASE and I dont see that changing.- 2

They arent charging dlc, all they are saying is that there won't be as much content as before. With scorched earth not coming at launch.
We will see... Studio Wildcard dont exactly have a history of sticking to what they say...

Nah man, when did they say you need to buy the DLC separately again ?
They simply reduced the price (by 15~20$ overall IIRC from 59.99$ to 39.99$ at start) overall for Early Access Period and the price will be going to full price at the end of Early Access Period, it's similar to ARK Survival Evolved, when i originally bought it in 2015 it was cheaper, after early access ended, it become more expensive.
the DLCs are still included in the package otherwise they would mention it here.
"Nah man, when did they say you need to buy the DLC separately again ?"
You really think they wont?
"They simply reduced the price (by 15~20$ overall IIRC from 59.99$ to 39.99$ at start)"
They didnt reduce the price by $15-$20... They knocked $5 off the early access price... Its literally in the article...
You have way too much faith in Wildcard.- 3

" it wouldn’t be feasible to complete Scorched Earth to a standard we’re happy with."
When have standards ever been a priority for WC?
"We had initially planned to ship with more content on Day One, but that won’t be happening, so we’re adjusting the launch price accordingly."
So basically "It was a mistake to mention the DLC being included within the standard price of ASA now we reduced that price by $5 but we will later charge $15 for each map moving forward unless we decide to hike the price"- 5

Only thing that I can see as a solution now is to put up a dino leash and have the Basilos on them on a short leash. (make sure the leash prevents them from emerging from the water 100%) Also have them well fed and as idle as possible.
(Action/Recovery ->stasus instant calculation -> Death)All in all this is most likely a bug, so yeah, report it.
Edit: Ow yeah, did you see the bags? Their Bodies? Location/Stats? You can set Body and bodybag decay timers higher. Any indication there what might have happened?
They were fully fed & full health etc before I left. The only reason they were out was due to my item collector collecting the oil they produce. I think im just going to cryo them next time I need to portal/change realms.

Its like 12-16 walls deep. Also I took the oil from them before I left and they had no damage so I know they werent overpressured.

I play single player and my basilo are always fed, kept in moderately shallow water on Fjordur and inside a sealed "fish tank" under a couple ocean platforms. but whenever I go fight Broodmother, Megapithecus or the Dragon they always die while im fighting the boss. Nothing killed them or whathaveyou it just flashes up they were killed... This is the third time it has happened. The Dunkle, Mosa and Anglers in the same "fish tank" are all fine and none of my land dinos that are kept out have any issue either. Its just the Basilo. Any ideas why?

i mean i proposed 2 possible taming methods and whos to say that WC even takes them yk.
My bad I didnt see the second one... Tbf thats just going to leave a mess around their spawn due to no one cleaning up after themselves... Maybe if you brought it resources like non-organic polymer, Propellant, Gasoline etc stuff that you have crafted to peak its interest might work instead of building structures that will ultimately just clog up the spawn area.

not as bad as the other recent creatures lol
Specifically needing to find another Majunga within a draggable in order to tame it... Screams "ballache" to me. Atleast the Carcharo (I assume this is the one you mean) could be tamed with any old random kill.

Absolutely love the whole concept of this. Ark desperately needs something to assist with imprinting and early stage feeding rather than breeding being a full time job that can have negative effects on peoples real lives.

The concept is cool but looks a ballache to tame one.

This would be so nice if i didnt get a UE4 error everytime i tried to open the game..

Oasisaur seems kinna OP... And the fact that it will potentially be tied to the paid Frontier Pack is kinna ridiculous and just makes these packs p2w. The paid packs shouldnt have anything more than cosmetics imo.
