Premium maps? How to install and use them?

(Not sure if there IS a place I should have posted this. So posting it here.)

There is a map I'd love to have for my Mother's day gift but I'm having a problem.

I can't find an explanation anywhere on how to install a premium map for a dedicated server. 

I'm looking for instructions you'd need for the basics, how to purchase and download the map for the server, how to keep it

updated, like I said the basics. I know we'll all three have to have a purchased copy of the map to play on it. 

Would someone take pity on a Mother and either point to a tutorial or explain here how to set it up. 
(Hubby has been in IT for over 40 years and we've run Linux servers for ASE, now Windows, so he can handle it).

As annoying as this game can be at times we love it. It's one way we enjoy time together as a family.
