Simply put you should be able to use power, water, feeding trough and cryopod deployment at ally’s bases.
it could just be me but it makes sense that allies would be able to share resources especially the ability to throw cryopods at a ally’s base not only would it reduce a bit of clutter on the maps in high traffic areas
