Is personal PC server with XBox player possible yet?

In ASE, XBox players could play on a dedicated PC server.  I know this was not allowed when ASA was started.  So, I have yet to play ASA.  I moved to ASE SP until my game deleted my entire save.  I would consider playing again, but only if on ASA and the server is on my own PC server where I could back things up.  No, I have no intrest in the crazy prices Nitrado wants.  I have been Ark free for over two months now.  But, I saw the recent news that ASA is coming to game pass.  I'm hoping the Nitrado exclusivity was for a limited period.
