In need of guidance regarding game builds and downloading mods

Hi there,

I have the game through steam and I'm on build 34.76 and it looks like all non-dedicated servers are using build 34.72.

I also cannot download 90% of the mods in the store when I hit install it does nothing.

I don't see anyone addressing work arounds for this anywhere and its been over a week.

I'd like to be able to play the game with my friends instead of solo games..
