Make Alliances more beneficial in PvE

Suggestion

To help limit structure spamming, allow allied cryofridges to work for the purposes of releasing cryo'd dinos in x range. This would especially help reduce structure count around caves and resource rich areas.

Ally enabled options on electric/tek generators as well as water pipes/reservoirs would also be an amazing addition to alliances especially with the upcoming SE map. Having one main tribes Water reservoirs chaining from the middle of the map that allies could "tap" into would reduce the overall spam of reservoirs on the maps as a whole.

Also, add an option to allow allied only travel on teleporters instead of exclusively private vs public. Being able to allow allies access to tps that I don't want the general pop being able to use would be great. Would keep me from having to stand at the tp and unlock it each time I want an ally to tp inside my base for example.

I don't know how this suggestion would be taken by the PvP player base so I will leave this as a PvE suggestion.
