Password reset email not sending and forum support page unavailable

I'm currently writing this from a fresh alt account because I am unable to log into my main account.

Ive tried resetting my password multiple times and despite the password reset system saying it will send me an email, I have not received any such email in hours. Ive also tried submitting a forum support ticket through this alt account, but the only ticket options found in the support page is in-game issues such as bans or CoC violations.

I would really appreciate if anyone is able to send a manual password reset email or guide me to where i can submit an actual forum support ticket as opposed to an in-game support ticket.

Ive finally gotten a password reset email. but when i click the link to reset it, i get "You are not awaiting validation for a lost password request."
