-Whether they're gliding effortlessly through the sea or lazing about on the beaches, Allodesmus is sure to get your attention. Their agility in the water is second to none. It's not uncommon to see groups of them in the sea harassing other sea life by dancing around them in the water, just out of their reach. Survivors will often hunt them for their high protein fat which can be used to help carnivorous tames recover from injuries much faster than other types of food. Although due to the chemicals in their fat it's no good for cooking, and is not palatable for humans.
General
-Their incredible aquabatic ability cannot be stressed enough, backwards, forwards, sideways, up, down, and they can jump the height of a 2 story building right out of the water. 360 degree motion at all times when submerged.
-There thick fat and hide protects them from jellyfish & eel shock.
-Instead of “sprinting” underwater they are just naturally very fast and have a BOOST that makes them extremely quick for just a second.
Taming
-Naturally inquisitive creatures they are likely to approach survivors, however I must warn you to pay close attention to their body language as they aren't always there to be your friend. When their head is held low to the ground they can be approached ….. slowly, and given a treat. If the seal has its head held up high be wary as it's likely to strike you. Once you've gained an amount of trust (25% tame) it will invite you to “play” in the water. This goes down just like an underwater game of tag. If the seal is “it” you gain taming progress by being in the water and avoiding it. If you're “it” then you must catch the seal before taming effectiveness begins to slowly drop.
Abilities
-Riddable without a saddle.
-Insulates the rider when underwater.
-Oxygen tank saddle allows riders to refill their oxygen tanks by putting them in its inventory.
-Being hunted by Megalodon for god knows how long, Allodesmus has adapted with its flexibility to become much more aggressive when it's grabbed, bleeding, or put under anyform of debuff. They receive an underdog buff that greatly increases their damage in unfavorable situations, and cannot be net guned.
-They love to eat penguins, as such they are amazing at gathering organic poly, and have greatly increased spoil timers on it when in its inventory.
Why You Should Vote
-Center is 1 of only 2 good maps for a water dino.
-No way to refrigerate poly in game (soap doesn't count).
-Give carnis their “Veggie cake” and give 1 reason to actually go in the ocean.
TLDR
Agile water mount, healing meat, Tag taming, Buffed when “debuffed”, Organic poly gatherer, Oxygen tank.
