This raptor can also locate specific materials, items, as well as wild dinos. Have you ever been looking for a specific wild dino and can't find it? Saurornitholestes will lead you straight to it!
Time: Late Cretaceous
Diet: Carnivore
Temperament: Agressive
Wild
Saurornitholestes closely resembles the raptor in size and speed. It even hunts with raptors, but this one is different. It also possesses an unusually large skull cavity for its olfactory bulbs giving it the keen ability to track other creatures with ease.
Taming
This creature is tamed the traditional way - knock out, feed it, and done.
Domesticated
Once tamed, the Saurornitholestes can help the survivor track specific wild species. It certainly needs to be familiar with its smell to sniff it out. So far, it has been able to locate any person in my tribe and any creature in our possession.
