Suggestion

Stands up leaning on tail becoming immobile enabling it to have inferred vision, bone crunching effect due to its insane bite force (slows target), can drag dead bodies and has high stamina. Thylacines also gave off an odour if this was added to the game it  could de-aggro small and medium creatures. Has ability like fjordor hawks to sense nearby dead creatures.

They could live in highlands and in/ area around swamp castle as they lived in grasslands and wetlands. thylacine or Tasmanian tiger would hunt alone or with a partner so they would be found in solidarity if they were added to the game. As they are a marsupial they could have a pouch used to carry around babies similar to the protopactdon but for smaller creatures. As a solitary apex predator it would have to be a fairly powerful mount in order to be able to takedown their prey. Females would use their pouch to carry around their babies so a possible taming method could be knocking out the a female with a baby or Joey and then imprinting on it.
Aggressive temperament to most creatures but timid to survivors.

Appearance

The Thylacine was sandy yellowish-brown to grey in colour and had 15 to 20 distinct dark stripes across the back from shoulders to tail. Although the large head was
dog- or wolf-like, the tail was stiff and the legs were relatively short.  Body hair was dense, short and soft, to 15mm in length.

It had short ears (about 80 mm long) that were erect, rounded and covered with short fur. Jaws were large and powerful and there were 46 teeth.

(the appearance part was from JurassicDino on a previous post)

None of the pictures are my own I found them online.

This Hyenadon sized, doglike creature is a carnivorous marsupial that lived in Australia and Tasmania until the 1930s. In ark, it would spawn on some of the southwest islands and only there, as it was an island species, although it would be somewhat common there as well. It would run away from humans, and it would be tamed via knockout, but it has the ability to go invisible for short periods, as this is a reference to them being sighted quite frequently in Australia and Tasmania, but never seeming to be able to be caught. Its preferred food is not mutton (as it was rumored to like killing sheep but was later to found to have liked birds) but instead likes Prime meat.

Tamed

Once this creature is tamed, it isn't ridable but have a unique ability, a pet buff! This buff would make it so if anything attacked it, you would get twice as much damage to the thing that attacked it to make sure your cute thylacine lived. Another buff is that if you pet it, you get 1.5 times boost in stamina and 1.2 times boost in melee damage for 3 minutes (15-minute cooldown on petting.) There breeding is interesting, as they give birth live, but they need to be kept in their mother's pouch until they reach 50 percent growth, at which you need to spend lots of time with them. After they are growing, they make a nice hunting companion, as they have an ability similar to Fjiordhawks where they can smell dead bodies in a certain radius. One more thing is that they have any from 0 to 13 stripes on their backs, and these can be bred for more or less stripes. The stripes can indicate how inbred they are (wild ones always start with 13) and if they keep inbreeding, there stats will get better, but they would have more chance of unsuccessful birth, until eventually 0 stripe thylacines are infertile, but would have the best stats. (This inbreeding feature is a reference to the fact the last 3000 or so thylacines on Tasmania most likely were very inbred)

Thats all for now!

Thank you for this feedback do you believe there is anything I should add? Thank you ApocalypseGal for those links. Thank you for the ideas mistercdp however unfortunately I don’t think I will add any of them except for the dead creature detector. Kas2 it already has a pouch but it is in the info part but thanks for thinking and trying to add to the page anyway.

Thylacine, also known as Tasmanian wolf, marsupial wolf, Tasmanian tiger or thylacine, was a carnivorous marsupial that originated in the Holocene. It shared many things with kangaroos, for example the pouch called the marsupium. It was nocturnal, spending the day in caves and coming out at night to hunt. It was very shy, as soon as it saw a human it ran away. It was native to Australia, Tasmania and New Guinea and is thought to have become extinct in the 20th centuryIt was nocturnal, spending the day in caves and coming out at night to hunt.

Tame

To tame this creature you will have to locate a female with a pink aura which means that in her marsupium there is a baby both male and female, once located you will have to steal her baby, but be careful because her mother will not let you so easy, she will attack you so take the baby away from her and then feed it with meat.

Once tamed and grown, you will be able to put a saddle on it or not and travel long distances thanks to its weight, resistance and jumps, but you won't be able to go very fast as it doesn't have much speed.

You can have offspring and keep them in their marsupials for a period of time.

Abilities

1) has a lot of stamina and weight although it is not the fastest creature.

2) camouflages itself from predators and humans.

3) locates the creature of your choice

4) if it's about to die it automatically jumps even if you're mounted to escape

5) its bite has a lot of bacteria and acts similar to a haemorrhage but to stop it you have to drink something like soup to slow down the infected time.

6) it can carry offspring in its marsupium
