Dedicated Server Setup

Hi folks,

I'm hoping the community can help on this because I have countless hours into trying to setup a Dedicated Ark Server.

  • System:    Windows 11 PC (Laptop)
  • Mode:   Microsoft Store
  • Router:  Netgear R6260

Things I have done so far:

  • Disabled Norton 360
  • Disabled Windows Defender
  • Created Static IP Address within Network (192.168.1.99)
  • Port Forwarded Ports

  • Enabled uPnP
  • Downloaded currPorts

  • Downloaded LiveTcpUdpWatch

Now, when I go to https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ it does not show any of the ports open that are listed in the Port Forwarding even when the Ark Dedicated Server is running.

So, obviously the server is not running nor available to other users.   I have been testing using personal invites as I'm aware that it would not show up in the Ark Servers lists for a week or so of running constantly.

Any thoughts on what I need to do to get this up & running?   I want to be prepared for when Ark 1 goes End-of-Life.

Thanks,

Chasiv
