Modded Chainsaw long download and doesn't work on multiplayer

Hi all. I tried making my first mod, a chainsaw that didn't require fuel, nor lost durability. Unfortunately, it only works on single player, and it takes a ridiculously long time to download and install.

On multiplayer, it runs, but does absolutely no damage to anything. No numbers popping up when attacking a dodo, and no harvesting from bodies or trees. I didn't edit any of the damage numbers or anything, all I played with was ammo requirements and durability, so I'm not sure where the issue comes from. I followed the guides on youtube by The Wookie to handle the item and BP creation and everything. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
