Please help before I lose all my hard work. Dino death due to starving. Or full base lost due to not be able to log on. Godxena Posted March 31, 2021 Author Share Posted March 31, 2021 I am so sorry to see that you too are having this issue. I only see EU and OC ... I am waiting for the customer service to contact me but I still haven't heard from them. Today the Easter update is coming out ... I hope that with the new download it will fix all our problems with the missing server. If not I would suggest if you happen to have a trusted friend ask them to log on for you from their computer... If they can then have them feed your dino's and that will extend the time line for you. That is what I am going to have to do today 3/31/21 before I lose everything.
