I fed candy to a wyvern and a weird icon I never seen before appeared. So I searched for 'ark icons' and the most similar looking icon I found was the 'gigarage' on the wiki, but I'm not 100% sure and so I don't know if this is a bug at all. It might be just a second 'candy-fed' indicator. I did NOT test if this really is a rage meter. Can someone please clarify? Spoiler I am on single player Island if it matters.
