Megalosaurus not reviving

Ok this is what I did I bucked up and went into the megalosaurus cave I finally found a female meg so I tranqed it and took her implant but there was a lot of other work that I did but I’m just cutting it short ok so I went back home then I happily put the implant in my revival platform and then I see... nothing  it’s said it cost zero amber well it did not say that but it did not show me what it cost so I thought it was a glitch so I restarted my game the.try to revive it again...mmmmmm it wasent a glitch ☺️??? So I got so pissy and then I rage quited but luckily I tame a male meg but elll so I was wondering if it’s possible to revive a meg then tame it also I was wondering if you could make them not sleepy at all like aberration or whatever it plz and thank you god bless (srry If your not religious,I’m not rather but I was baptized and when to a christin school sooo ya beeeiiiii)??
