Sorry, on a break from Ark and haven't checked this forum in a while. But while I was playing, yes, I ran it countless times with a single baryonyx. I ran it solo on a saber as well, but had to stop and heal too much. With the bary at 10k health and over 500% (mine were getting over 700% melee fully leveled) it is very easy.
