Westsgood Posted January 23, 2018 Share Posted January 23, 2018 I just created a dedicated server with my pc and am able to load into it myself from my Xbox and play but my friend and brother can't load it just keeps giving them an error when losing into it. Basically we're trying to figure out what's going on. Login on your router and look for Wan IP you get from your ISP 2. Check what other sites report your external IP is (for example ping.eu) - if 1 and 2 dont match chances are you dont have an external IP (unless you use proxy or VPN). 3. Find a manual on how to forward ports on your home router (the feature can be called "Port forwarding" or "Virtual server") and add all the ports that ARK server uses.
