KingKano Posted December 22, 2017 Share Posted December 22, 2017 Fresh start server (December 12th, 2017) No resets! Server Settings USA East-Coast Location. Standard difficulty, max dino level 150. No downloads or transfers. 5x rates, stacks with official Ark events. 2x egg hatch speed. 5x baby maturation speed. Official-like rules. We strive for official-like settings. No cheating, no in-game exploits, and no chat spamming. Server Admin take a hands-off approach and only intervene in the most extreme circumstances to ban players who break our rules. Feel free to kill on sight, raid, set traps, and cause global chaos! Small tribes, and invasion prevention. Alliances are currently disabled. 10-player tribe member limit. Sever transfering is currently disabled. Structure defense is 2x. These settings greatly benefit solo players, new players, and smaller groups. It also makes server invasions and griefing from undesirables significantly more difficult. FAQ Will the server reset? We only consider a reset if there is some extreme terrain update or game breaking bug. Currently there are no plans to EVER reset the server. How many admins do you have? Admin Logs are public. There is currently 1 admin for server stability and technical issues. In the future there may be an additional 1-2 moderators based on population growth. Admins/mods NEVER abuse their power in-game. What is the future of the server? This server should be active for the forseeable future. If it does well, our goal is to open a second map and link it to Abberation (possibly Ragnarok after the map is 100% complete). We want to provide a balanced (but still challenging) environment. We're currently happy with the rates and settings, but may tweak them slightly as needed. Can you transfer anything in or out? No. We want to provide an even playing field for everyone. In the event that we add a second map, we will allow transfers back and forth. Anything else we should know? Beacons are set to tier 6, all beacons give moderately improved drop quality. Imprinting and mature speed is also adjusted to give players a sense of pride and accomplishment (but much sooner). Water and food rates are slightly slower. Spoil rates are 50% slower. Crosshairs enabled, unlimited respecs (per level, with mindwipe) is enabled. structure resistance is doubled. How do I join? Go to Steam and select: View > Servers > Favorites > Add a server. Add the IP 172.106.174.18:20115 to your list. It should now show up when you filter Favorites in game.
