How To Fix Low Level Fatal Error

Hello guys,
I've been recently having an extreme issue with crashing! Out of no where, my game will not make it past the Join server function. It loads, then crashes. Welp, it took me two hours to figure out how to do it. Hopefully this saves some headaches. Here you go guys:

To fix this issue, go to Steam,
Right click on Ark Survival Evolved, Properties.
In the General tab, click "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..."
a box will appear. Add: -sm4
Done! Easy! Now start the game in any setting, you will be set.
