The best and simple difference is our non-restrictive taming policy. Where other servers create Kingdom, Race, Profession specified tames, we do not. Everyone can tame and make saddles! We seek to improve upon the weighted class choice most servers suffer from, and instead divert the attention of our players to a more diverse range of skills. This not only gives everyone access to what makes Ark wonderful, the creatures, but it helps build a stable economy for inter player trade. Our second endearing feature is our zero tolerance for meta gaming and out of character slips. We honor Role Play above all else and strive to keep those who love it as much as we do in our community. This can only happen by protecting the integrity of RP. With an 18+ policy and strictly reviewed applications, our whitelisting does everything it can to preserve Loria’s heart: The Role-Players. We are a server made by RPers, run by RPers, for RPers. Last but not least, Loria offers a progressive story telling experience. Not only does every player have specific quests lines to choose from with unique rewards, weekly bounties, coordinated calendar events, and freedom for player run activities, but the server also has an overarching story. All of the races, kingdoms and history of Loria has been hand written to bring an original world to life. We strive to make players feel part of something developing, changing and adaptive.
