GrapeApe
So I run two ark servers from the same linux box, it has it's own rack it is not a "VM" of any kind. (from a hosting company), if they are down for a certain length of time, the SE map will refuse to show up on the Ark server listing. I can see it in TopArk Servers. Website - https://toparkservers.com/server/149.56.106.85:27115 I can see it on Ark Servers .net. Website - https://arkservers.net/server/149.56.106.85:27115 I can connect to it using RCON. It will also show up in the Steam server listing under my favorites. I can access the other server running on the box (center map). What is going on to make this happen? would love to know, considering my extensive network knowledge this should not even be possible. I suspect problems between Steam and Arks master server list. This has been an ongoing problem too (on and off), but now I am going to chase this issue down, until we get a very real fix. Because considering the amount of google searching I have done regarding this, I am not the only server owner that runs into this problem. Notes - No, BattleEye is not enabled. When this is happening no matter what mods you have loaded or how much updating you do you will get an error "Mod Version Mismatch" when trying to direct join to these servers either from a website like TopArk, or from the Steam server list. Server list is attached as an image, showing both servers running happily.
TwitchyDigits
What ports are you using on the second server instance? Make sure you are not using 27115 for both.... if you do, only the first server you start will show up in game.
