Dossiê Tilacino Nome comum: Tilacino Nome científico: Thylacinus cynocephalus Período: Holoceno Grupo: Mamífero Dieta: Carnívora Temperamento: Agressivo dossiê selvagem Nunca pensei que encontraria um Thylacine na arca, pois são animais extremamente raros e só aparecem em noites escuras, mas fico feliz em ver um deles vivo, só que são bem diferentes do que eu lembrava. Maiores que seu primo o Thylacoleo , e vivendo em grupos de 5 a 6 indivíduos liderados por um casal alfa, são animais noturnos e gostam de caçar ovelhas na calada da noite e atacar as bases sem serem notados. O Thylacine é um dos predadores mais ferozes que podem ser encontrados no ARK. Com sua aparência de lobo, ele é capaz de caçar presas maiores que ele. Possui uma mordida poderosa e garras afiadas, o que o torna um inimigo mortal. Thylacinus tem um corpo alongado com pernas relativamente curtas. Sua pelagem é predominantemente vermelha, com listras escuras em todo o corpo, semelhante a um tigre. Ele tem uma cabeça estreita com orelhas pontudas e uma mandíbula poderosa. Domesticação Para você domar um Thylacine você vai precisar de carneiro e um cocho, o Thylacine gosta de começar a caçar por volta das 23h então coloque o cocho e depois a carne de carneiro e espere a matilha se aproximar, comprove-se de tenha carne suficiente para todos, depois você vai se aproximar sem nada, sem armadura, armas ou comida etc. quando você chegar perto o suficiente do alfa você ira se curvar mostrando que é superior a você e então ele se curvará de volta mostrando que confia em você, depois disso toda a matilha ira seguir você e se juntar à sua tribo. Tilacino domesticado Além dessa habilidade, ele possui outra como escalar e um pulo como o Thylacoleo , fora que eles podem se predar em criaturas maiores do que eles como os Titãs, além de ter uma corrida muito rápida que não consome quase nada de sua resistência, são usados como montarias para viagens longas, além de ele ser um grande nadador como seu nadador cachorrinho, o que o torna uma criatura que cada tribo que tem pelo menos 2 exemplares deles. Os Thylacine possuem 3 tipos de selas, a primeira não é exatamente uma sela, mas sim um colete que aumenta sua defesa, mas o jogador fica impossível de montar no Thylacine. Já a segunda é voltada para um combate uma sela que permite montar, além de ter placas de metal que reduzem o dano de inimigos. Já a terceira permite que o jogador transporte itens, recursos e animais inconscientes de médio e pequeno porte e um espaço para uma pele que permite equipar uma arma de fogo de alta cadência de tiro ou uma pele de papai Noé. Eles são animais multiuso iguais aos que você jogou single player, PvP ou PvE , eles sempre serão úteis para o sobrevivente. Os Thylacine são animais únicos porque possuem uma habilidade especial chamada de conjunto de buffs que podem ser ativados na hora e que por necessidade, esses são os buffs: Chamada de dano: Todos os tilacinos com buff terão dano aumentado. Chamada de Velocidade: Todos os Thylacinos buffados ganham maior velocidade de movimento e ataque. Tank Call: Todos os tilacinos com buff recebem menos dano dos inimigos. Chamado de cura: O tilacino alfa pode curar todo o seu rebanho, mas para realizar essa cura ele precisa de carneiro em seu inventário. Slow Call: Quando Alpha Thylacine usa este rugido, todos os oponentes recebem um debuff que os retarda. Chamado de confusão: Quando Alpha Thylacine usa esse rugido, todos os animais não obedecem aos associados. Ecoar corações cardíacos: você pode descobrir um animal específico através de seus corações cardíacos, além de mostrar a distância e localização. Quando você estiver montado em seu Alpha Thylacine e pressionar a tecla Q ou equivalente nos consoles, aparecerá uma roda onde você poderá escolher o buff que está usando naquele momento, mas use-o com cuidado pois você só pode ativar no máximo 3 buffs e você terá que esperar 15 minutos para usá-lo novamente. Os buffs duram 1:30 segundos e o preço disso é a resistência do Thylacine que é drenada rapidamente. Além disso, só o alfa do bando vai ter permitido usar essa habilidade. Concept Sauropods in Ark are lacking to say the least and don’t quite live up to their real life counterparts. I am also a firm believer that the game is in desperate need of more powerful herbivores and while I appreciate smaller taxa getting the representation they deserve I believe the game is in dire need of a late game, powerful dino that exemplifies what sauropods are supposed to represent. So I propose Sauroposeidon Wild: With its size, strength and dominion over the ocean, Sauroposeidon lives up to the mythology. While still dwarfed in mass by the titanosaur it exceeds it in height, making it the tallest creature I’ve encountered. A creature this large wouldn’t be expected to thrive in an island ecosystem but Sauroposiden has a plethora of adaptations that make it well at home in the center. Hollow bones and air sacks throughout the body make it a surprisingly proficient swimmer allowing them to travel between islands in search of food to maintain their bulk although this buoyancy makes it difficult for them to dive. Their height makes them immune to most predators with even the mighty megalodon giving it a wide berth as they moves between foraging patches. This relative safety only applies to mature specimens as juveniles are constantly accosted by predators looking for an easy meal with very few reaching adulthood. While largely oblivious to smaller creatures, including humans they have little tolerance for animal life over a certain size entering their vicinity and will meet perceived intruders with extreme prejudice. This hostility extends to their own kind with even juvenile Sauroposeidon being met with hostility. To avoid costly violence, they constantly let out booming calls that travel for miles to communicate their mood, health and position. Tamed: Having no interest in humans and being too large to be tranquilized, mature individuals are impossible to tame with conventional methods but the juveniles are much more receptive to training. In the wild they grow at an accelerated rate, with the constant stress from predation triggering the release of hormones that speed up their metabolism. This allows them to reach maturity quickly but requires a monumental amount of food. Some survivors have found that guiding them to foraging patches while acting as body guard during such a vulnerable time earns their trust. However until that trust is earned they never stay in one spot and become stressed when confined. Ones that are born into the safety of captivity are much more trusting and have a more tempered rate of growth. When tamed they need a massive amount of food but they are a valued addition to any army that can afford to keep them fed. Survivors have trained them to use their complex air chambers for a variety of purposes. Extended exposure to their lower resonating calls can cause dizziness and paranoia, breaking the ranks of enemy units. They can also be trained to focus their infrasonic calls into powerful blasts that can either send smaller adversaries flying and ground volant mounts or be shot off as devastating sonic cannons. Being big enough to support a platform saddle they can function as a living battleship. Wild: You know, ive met various types of werid creatures, but pycnonemosaurus is a special one. Pycnonemosaurus Brutus, relative to carnotaurus, is a MASSIVE member of a group of dinosaurs named: "abelisaurids". which had tiny ADORABLE arms, with big jaws. The "pycno" is a really strong fella, its jaws are designed to grapple into prey and tear it appart. Also, this dinosaur is thick headed, so much that even direct bullet hits can be deflected! Taming: To tame this beast, one must look as non threatning as possible, then approach the beast and feed it, while distracted, pet it to show affection, BUT DONT MOVE! Domesticated: Once tamed, this dino is extremly loyal, its strong yet stiff tail gives it the ability to either help it reach extremly fast speeds on a straight line or give it a lot of agility, at cost of speed. With his thick head it can rapidly do a headbutt for knockback or do what i like to call "brace" which makes the pycnonemosaurus take less harm and even deflect bullets, a good pick to tank turrets! The real animal: Pycnonemosaurus is known in science for being the biggest abelisaurid that was ever found! this guy lived at the late cretaceous and was found in brazil, this dinosaur was a formidable apex predator of its ecosystem, so much that even sauropods had to be careful! Abilities: This dinosaur has some really intresting abilities; Bite: a normal bite that does medium damage (LMB). Headswing: an attack that, depending on where your mouse is looking, will give a charged headbutt to do knockback, this attack takes 3 seconds to be fully charged. (Spacebbar + RMB). Heavy crushing bite: simillar to the headswing, except this attack does heavy damage, but no knockback, this attack takes 5 seconds to be fully charged. (RMB click, when you wanna bite just click RMB again). Brace: The pycno will use its thick head to take 75% reduced damage, at the cost of only being able to walk foward and being extremly slow. (Hold down RMB and relesse when you want your pycno to stop bracing) Tail modes: this dinosaur has a long but stiff tail, which gives it 2 uses: Rush mode: when activated, this dinosaur does a charge foward doing heavy damage, but at cost of turn radius, because when doing a fast turn you lose your charge speed buff, when a target gets hit, the effect it will recive depends on the target's weight: if its small (raptor sized, including survivors) the target will get launched into the air and when it will hit the ground it will take some fall damage, and it will be stunned for 5 seconds, this has a cooldown, if the target survives the first hit, it can no longer be stunned until the cooldown is gone. if its a big target (carno sized) the charge will inflict heavy damage and will do knockback only. Agile mode: when activated, the pycno will have more mobility when turning but it looses speed. (The tail modes can be activated by pressing X) Where to find it: Pycnonemosaurus can be found in dense forests, like its name suggests. It has skin that gives it a natural camouflage, so it can hide better when stalking its prey. (Youre its prey...)
