Campanile Giganteum Species: Campanile giganteum Aurora Time: Eocene epoch Diet: Herbivore Temprament: Territorial Dossier: Wild: Campanile giganteum or as the locals call it Campanile Aurora is a enormous gastropod that lives in arctic regions. It has gained the naem aurora from locals from it mucus that shimmers like aurora borealis. Campanile like othe land traveling gastropods uses the mucus to stay moist but this mucus consist off a unice formula that alows ice crystals to form. This is what gives it the shimmering effect. But it isn't just for show, this is also a way for campanile to leave the icy caves it calls home and venture into the scorching waistlands and feed on vegetation. Domesticated: domesticated Campanile can be a wounderfull travel mount while slow it scales any surface with easy and it can also carry plenty off goods. Thanks to it's freezing mucus it alowes ease while travling thru warmer areas and while some might find it gross the mucus can also refrigerate better than any refrigerator as long as the freezing tempreture off the mucus keeps anything from spoiling. While aurora isn't the first creature you might expect to find on the battle front it's power is not to be underestimated. While it`s hundreds off sharp teeth is not to be underestimated it's freezing projectiles is the real threat. Freezing mucus that i't shoots out from the top off it's shell can inflict imidiate hypothermia on touch. The mucus rapedly freezing into solid balls off ice after getting shoot out from the shell. Aurora has been used bye many tribes as cheaper mobile cannons to break thru enemy defences, when aurora borealis fills the sky you better bewear off incoming projectiles. Abilities and utility: Passive mucus: Campanile produces mucus over time or bye feeding it diches like sweet vegi cake, crops and other prepeard diches. the mucus is used for attacks, and recovering it`s own healt more quickly. Gastropod: Campanile can scale any serface (climing walls and ceilings) and won' get encumberd. Attacks: Seige mode: Left click: Rip and tear: Campanile uses it`s hundreds off tiny sharp teeth the grab and rip it's enemies. it`s a slow attack but it causes the target to bleed. Right click: Aurora shoot. Hold down right click to charge up freezing mucus to shoot out at high pressure. The longer you hold it the colder it will become. a simpel click or holding it 1-2 sec shoots out mucus that causes hypothermia dealing damge over time. Holding it longer wil cause the mucus to freeze solid mid air becoming balls off ice abel to damage even metal strucktures. Bonus: after fireing camanile while recoli from the blast pushing it`s shell backwards. If this hit anything the target hit wil be dealt damge and knocked back. Shift/sprint: Shell jab: Aurora uses it's large shell to deliver a powerfull jab. hold down to charge up the attack ( this can damage up to stone). Enemies that stand to close when shell jab is beeing used will be pushed infront off it where it will be hit bye tha jab itself. how far it will be pushed depend on weight.Artillery mode: Left click: Ice bomb Shoot out a large ice ball that will explode into smaller projectiles on hit. Right click: Aurora Blast. A long ranged blast that deal heavy damage and slows down anything hit. C : freezing puff:Campanile uses it`s mucus to rapidly cool down healing it'self and giving ally boosted health regeneration. Space: Artillery mode/Seige mode. Shifts beetween modes Weight: It has no special wight reduction but have a pretty good weight stat and won`t get encumberd. Taming: Campanile is found in the ice titan cave and has a extremly low chance at spawing within the ice dome. To tame it you need to sneak up to it without disturbing it ( ghillie or bug repelent preferd). Then you need to climb up it`s shell, at this point it will agro and a minigame will begin. Simular to the eques you need to calm it down whenever it need to take a break from shaking you off. after a while it will become passive allowing you to feed it ( sweet vegi cake preferd). Loot: ( most common to rare) # Meat # Chitin/ceratin # Cementing paste # Prime meat #silicka pearls # black pearls Thank you for looking at my idea. Hope you have a lovely day.

Deinotherium is undoubtably one of the strangest of all Mammals we can see in pre history but those downward hooked tusks aren't the only unnatural trick up their metaphorical sleeve. Much like Real life's version of Deinotherium I think Arks Version of this Anger Elephant should be noticeable larger than their hair covered counterpart. Deinotherium's anomalous tusks have confused paleontologists for years but are inferred to be used for digging up tree roots and forming channels to find water hidden under the surface as well as being an utterly terrifying weapon when provoked. Thankfully Ark Additions has made a fully flushed out version of what the DEINO might look like in game, While their version poises a very good foundation for the idea I think they missed out on the DEINO's capability for PVP scenarios. Wild: In the Wild you can find them in groups of 5-10 individuals with 1 alpha male and the rest females, Or you can find a lone male if you are lucky enough. When in groups of this size all of the ARK's inhabitants steer clear as to not provoke them. As they are extremely adept to survive in even the most harsh climate you will be able to find them just about everywhere. If they're heard is disturbed they will form a circle around the youngest and attack anything that approaches with no bias. If you target a Deino alone it will charge damaging everything in its wake. In defense against any creature with a minimum of 500 drag weight Deinotherium can gore their aggressor leaving a fatal bleed that lasts for 10 seconds. When an alpha Deinotherium is killed they will drop a alpha Deinotherium tusk which can be used for boss tributes. Taming: To tame one of these Beasts you must first coax them away from their group using their favorite food Honey. This is no easy task as when you are spotted by another member of their group they will all agro onto you. This taming process is passive but has everything to do with timing and patients. once you have a Deinotherium singled out you can start the taming process by dancing along with them using emotes untill you have enough trust to ride them starting the taming bar. If the Deino deems your dance lame it will kill you without hesitation(just like real life). You will then need to walk them 1000 meters per level giving them sweet veggie cakes along the way. This tame isn't inherently easy but can be done early on if prepared for. Tamed: For to long arks PVP scene has been controlled by the same 5 tames, While the addition of both the Desmodus and the Charcha helped there are few to no options for land based PVP tames other than Gigas and Shadowmanes. This will be a tame that can challenge both land and air with the help of a chain bola balista and spear bolt balista on the Deino's primitive saddle while its Tek Saddle can pack a heavy punch to tames at close and long range. When charged simular to a rhino they will gain a charge effect causing increasing damage to anything in its path including metal structures. Deinotherium can come with a selection of 3 different saddles to choose from. A standard platform saddle much like the one Paracer's have. The second of which hones into the possibilities that platform saddles have always had but has never been utilized to its full potential. Sporting 2 separate balista turrets and a overhand for the rider to seek shelter under from the elements and incoming fire. The last saddle is a tek variant with 2 morter cannons maned by the rider of the DEINO and 2 separate maned turrets accessed within a fully protected pilot bay. Controls: left click - trunk swing right click - Tusk Gore left control + left click - Grab anything under 300 drag weight or structures left control + right click - Throw anything you have picked up or place structure C key - budget fear roar Z key - Dig a channel to find seeds and water and make single use crop plot for farming Things to note: I have been working on this concept for a while now and hoped to post it for the relese of Extinction on ASA but have recently started other concepts that are now in the works so stay tuned if you want to see more Concepts like this one.

Megalochelys: Info Name: Megalochelys' Diet: Herbivore Aggresion: Docile Timeperiod: Late Miocene-middle plesitocene Taming: Passive Megalochelys (great turtle) is one off the biggest tortoises that have existed. Turtles/tortoises is my favorite type off animal and as much as I like the carbonemys it feels like it can be done something more with a turtle tame. Dossier: Wild: The Megalochelys is a huge and heavly armourd creature and don`t realy seem to notice or care about the predators around it. It spends most off it`s days wandring in look for food and water in the harsh desert landskape it inhabit. Even tho it`s behavior might seem to indicate that the Megalochelys is to passive or oblivius to fight back this could not be further from the truth. In the rare occasions where this behemoth actualy feels threatened it will charge into battle using it`s huge weight to crush it`s opponent and in this instant thats not a figure off speech. Contrary to it`s weight and size Megalochelys can pick up incredeble speed.. well for a tortoise atlest. Domesticated: The tribes I have meet that have been abel to domesticate one off these behemoth has found a lot off ways to make use off it`s abillites. Plenty off tribes use Megalochelys as a beast off burden as it`s defensive nature attracts few if any predators. And in the case of a ambush from another tribe they have thougt Megalochelys to simply shut it`s shell close to keep all tools and materials safe. These tribes usly need to find ways to bye pass most water ways as like other tortoises Megalochelys aren`t effective swimmer. But this is far from the most bizzare people have done. Some people thought the best way to utilize it was to strap weapons to it`s shell. I even whitnessed a tribe who straped flamethrowers and rocket launchers. While as silly as straping a gun to a turtle`s shell the results don`t lie. These armed tesudins have became quite popular as seige beasts among certian tribes and feard amoungst there enemies. In game: Megalochelys is gona be the ultimate soaker/tank. Simular to the the carbonemys and other armoured creatures the Megalochelys`s heavy shell reduces incoming damge, but its legs are coverd in large hard scales that also reducses incoming damage ( less damage reduction than the shell). Pretty much only it`s head, neck and tail is not armoured. It will pretty much be a bigger, stronger and more defensive carbonemys. Movment: *Megalochelys is slow and heavy but can pick up speed when sprinting (moves faster and faster simular to rhino and dire bear but decently slower) *It can turn in place. *It is to heavy to swim but it has plenty off oxygen for itself and the rider. Walks along the bottom. *In return off beeing so heavy it can`t be knocked around or picked up exept for the rhyniognatha. Abiliets. *Bite: turtle go chomp. Decent damage *Snapper: the Megalochelys tucks in it`s head and charges up a attack where it shoots out it head in a fast motion and chomps down on it`s target. The longer you charge The more powerfull the attack. smaller creatures (including humans) will get traped in Megalochelys`s jaws where they can be carried around. *Block out: The Megalochelys tucks its head in and shouts it`s shell almost completly closed (only it`s legs sticks out) this increases it`s damgae reduction for incoming damgae including elemental damge like fire. This also protect the rider from whether and enviormental effeckts. I imagen the saddle is placed on it`s neck or in the front opning off the shell so when it closes the survivor is protected within. The Megalochelys can while slowly walk around in this state but it will drain it`s stamina over time. *Lock up: Hold e and a option to lock up will appear this result in the Megalochelys going into it`s shell. This result in it taking no damage but it won`t move or fight back against anything until it`s called back out. This also works as a safe way for it to regenerate it`s healt back up or keeping imortant items safe. *Belly flopp: Megalochelys uses it`s front legg to push up and it`s hind legs to push itself forward to slam it`s heavy body forward, this is a powerfull but slow attack. *Saddle: While Megalochelys is rideable without a saddle equiping it alows you to equip it with some extra fire power. Equipable tool/objects: *Cannon *Flamethrower *Rocket launcher *tek grenade launcher (maby more) No addition rider needed all weapons can be controled from the seat. Place ammo for the equiped weapon in Megalochelys`s inventory and the weapons will automaticly be loaded. Ammo like cannonballs, spear bolts and the likes get a weight reduction. Taming: When you find one you need to use rare flowers to get it`s attention then pretty much talk it for a walk while occasionally feeding it requested items like crops, berries, rare flower or mushroom. If you or it take to much damage the taming progress wil reset so keep an open eye for aggresive dinos. anyway thats my idea so far hope you liked it. Hope you consider give this a vote and help me get this bueatyfull creature into the game. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.
