  1. Galexme

    Submarine

A large submarine craftable like a mek, but it can only remain underwater, it is large enough to walk around in, but not as large as a boss, why pilot center is in the front which is a flat glass wall slanted slightly forwards towards the top, it will also have a medical bay, an armory, and a navigation and moon pool station.
  2. We'll be back again, NEXT TIME SPACE COWBOY! No Need for Copycats, when Pangolin shall return in the next votes until success or the map is absolutely incorrect.
  3. Latzelia Primordialis - The Living Artillery Cannon So we all know and love (hate) the acid spitting, armor destroying millipede Arthropleura, but now prepare for the new idea of a massive centipede, with the ability to lob exploding acid blobs of many varieties, the Latzelia Primordialis. So the basic idea for this creature submission would be a rather large, lets say around Basilisk sized centipede that resembles a house centipede, just way bigger. Now for the abilities i have thought for this creature: Torpor inducing bite ála Arthropleura Wall climbing, this creature would be the first platform saddled creature to be able to climb walls and ceilings. Though it would be rather slow climber all things considered and the platform isn´t too big. Skipping on water surfaces, similar to the Rhyniognatha or the Bloodstalker, only slower. Faster with the tek saddle equipped, could use the same jet boosts as with the hovering ability (read below). Spitting exploding acid globules, think Arthropleura but bigger in scale and with added AoE, they could use a variety of different ammunition. They also have a gas attack that has different properties depending on the ammunition used. They would have an eerie luminescent glow to their legs and abdomen, changing color based on what they are eating or using as ammunition. If you hade more than one type of ammunition in it´s inventory, you would be able to change them in a command wheel on the go. Oil - Black color: Spit explodes in to oil slicks and gas attack blinds and slows enemies. Low damage. Healing Brew - Red color: Spit explodes in to regenerating area that lingers for a moment, gas attack becomes a healing AoE similar to Daeodon. Deals no damage. Propellant - Orange color: Spit explodes in to sticky flames. Gas attack bursts out flaming gas around it self. Low initial damage, sets things ablaze. Narcotic - Green color: Spit explodes in to a tranquilizing AoE splash. Gas attack works a bit like the gas grenade but with larger AoE. Low damage. Stone - White color: Spits out a goop covered rock, deals concussive damage like a catapult. Can damage up to stone buildings. Medium damage and no gas attack. Ammonite bile - Lime color: Spits out ammonite bile in an explosive glob, blowing up and giving out the ammonite bile debuff in an AoE. Gas attack does the same thing but around the creature. No initial damage. Spoiled meat - Dark green color: Spits out an acidic glob that explodes, dealing high damage to armor durability like arthropleura spit except in AoE. Gas attack does the same thing but around the creature. Medium damage. Organic polymer - Cyan color: Spits out an acidic glob that explodes, dealing less damage to armor durability, but has highest damage of all the natural ammunition types. High damage. Gas attack does the same thing but around the creature, damaging everything around it. As for the stats i would say its on the tankier side, with a good amount of weight for carrying all the ammunition needed, not too fast though. There would be a small platform saddle and a tek saddle. The tek saddle bringing the living artillery to a whole new level with new ammunition types to use along with element and doubling the AoE of the gas attack. The tek saddle also enables small jets from the tips of the creatures armored legs, allowing it to hover down, slowing its fall from high places. This would come in handy when you have to reposition or escape in a pinch. When activating the tek cannon, the creature buries its tek enhanced legs in to the ground, essentially rooting it self in place, enabling the rider with a 360 degrees turning giant tek artillery cannon, similar to the M.S.C.M. for the Meks. Tek ammunition types: 10 x Metal ingots + 1 element: Orange energy color, the cannon shoots a massive slug of molten steel, dealing extremely high concussive damage and being able to damage up to Tek tier buildings. No gas attack. 10 x Propellant + 1 element: Red energy color, the cannon shoots a large fireball or slug that explodes in to a large area dealing medium damage and bursting everything around it in flames. Gas attack bursts flaming gas along with flamethrowers from the tek saddle around the creature, burning everything around it. 10 Crystal + 1 element: White energy color, the cannon shoots a railgun beam similar to the Tek Railgun, dealing higher damage than the Tek Railgun, being able to pierce walls. No gas attack. 10 Biotoxin + 1 element: Blue energy color, the cannon shoots a rather large blue shocking tranquilizer bullet, dealing high torpor damage, some health damage and dealing the Cnidaria shocking debuff. Gas attack deals medium torpor damage and shocks nearby enemies. Taming would require you to feed both the male and female with the food corresponding to the color of their abdomen and legs. The required food is the same as the colors as the ammunition they use. After the initial feeding the creature will hold still for a moment, sort of "chewing" on whatever you fed it, enabling the harvesting of materials from their behinds. They are neutral untill you gather the materials from the rear, turning agressive and using their corresponding gas attack immediately upon gathering. You need to get Latzelia pheromones from the males, and Latzelia eggs from the females. Combining both with a simple rifle bullet in the chemistry bench and use the ammunition to shoot one of your own tames, starting the gestation process. After the gestation is done, the baby creature bursts out similarly to Rhyniognatha. After obtaining both tamed male and female, you´ll be able to gather the pheromones and eggs easier from your own creatures without the fear of being attacked, though with a cooldown between gathering. Dossier: Species: Latzelia Primordialis Time: Diet: Omnivore Temperament: Neutral Wild Latzelia Primordialis only confirms my suspicions about genetic modification done to enhance the creatures of the Arks. These hulking behemoths of a house centipede gone wrong are quite a spectacle to behold. They spend their days searching for food in the wastelands. Being rather omnivorous when it comes to food, they end up ingesting a lot of different materials. The materials they cannot digest are used in self defence however. If provoked they will spit out whatever indegistible garbage that ended up inside them, soaked in centipede digestive juices, enhancing the effectiveness of the projectile. And if that wasn´t enough they can emit a foul gas around them from their bodies that will turn even the hungriest predator around. Domesticated Many tribes want to get their hands on even one of these beasts for obvious reasons. They are adept climbers and can be used as beasts of burden, but the real power resides in their ability to chuck big globs of acid far away, preferrably at an opposing tribe, enhanced by whatever they have in their stomachs. I have even heard of some more technologically advanced tribes mounting giant cannons on the backs of these creatures. To get one of these insects to bend to your will is no easy task though. Requiring you to, for a lack of a better word, "gather" certain ingredients, mainly the pheromones of a male Latzelia Primordialis and an egg from a female. Some tribes have learned that by feeding them different materials would wake up their breeding behaviors, making it possible to grab the aforementioned materials from the behinds of these bugs. Just be carefull as they don´t exactly take kindly to anyone poking around their rears. Once acquired, one would need to inject the egg and pheromones to another living creature to activate the incubation of the egg. Once incubated the newborn larvae will burst out of the poor being, usually killing it in the process. Lastly i would like to say that i am by no means an artist and i am not asking anyone, but if you feel like it, feel free to post a prototype dossier here, along with any suggestions of your own. 4. Introducing Gojirasaurus, Titan Incarnate! Blast apart foes with beams of corrupt-powered energy and violent eruptions of power. Support your forces by heading them into battle and recovering even their deadliest wounds in the heart of combat! Note: Please take a look over the entire dossier before you come to a decision, there may be something you don't like or something you think could be improved or maybe you think its perfect, feedback in the comments would be massively appreciated! Real Life: Common Name: Gojirasaurus Species: Gojirasaurus Titanus (Origionally the species is Gojirasaurus Quayi however changed this to account for the changes to the creature, like how the Raptor was changed to Utahraptor Primus) Time Period: Triassic Diet: Carnivore (Gastrolith) Temperament: Aggressively Territorial Real life depiction: Dossier: Wild: The Corrupted monsters of this earth get no stranger than the Gojirasaurus Titanus, adorning it in flowing veins of pure energy it can expel to deadly effect. it stands upright in a posture not unlike its distant Raptor cousins, but much larger, marking shoulders with the Megalosaurus. Unlike other carnivores, Gojirasaurus feeds primarily on crystallised sap and gems found rarely among dead trees, alongside a craving obsession for sulphur-infused water from its habitat. The minerals in these materials combine with a corrupted trait from its bloodstream, lighting the substance into fiery energy, pulsating through its veins. The marks left by their veined feet leave explosive pads of this substance, and when its stomps down in rage, the blast is almost nuclear. In fact the alterations run so deep through its biology that its mouth has developed into what appears like a barrel from advanced firearms. I've seen the beast release beams of red flaming energy from its mouth, tearing through an entire pack of corrupted dinosaurs in an instant, like something out of the old movies. Domesticated: I once heard tales of a daring group of survivors who attempted to domesticate a Gojirasaurus. They approached silently while the creature rested and vented heat from its open wide maw, attempting to feed it the flesh of corrupted dinosaurs it seems to constantly hunt down within its territory. I'm told the affect was rather the opposite, transforming the Gojiasaurus into an uncontrollable corrupted monster, that tore through them with swarms of corrupt creatures surging to its aid. Perhaps if they were to have survived and attempted to cure the infection, the beast might have succumbed to their will. I can only fear how deadly its abilities would be in combat against any threat that came to face its master. Reminiscent perhaps of the colossal titans its name derives from. Tamed Abilities: Moveset: Primary (Left Click, R2, RT) : Regular melee that varies depending on direction faced; Front- Wide bite that deals high damage but is slow; Sides- Claw swipe that has good reach with medium damage and knockback; Back- Stomp that has good reach, dealing high damage and knockback. All sides except back can be used while running and chain with tail attack. Bite Marks enemies for 10 seconds of Gojirasaurus projectiles homing onto them Secondary (Right Click, L2, LT) : Initiates crosshair for energy attacks that consume energy substance pressing once releases a ball of energy that explodes on contact but travels fast and deals medium damage, consuming little substance and homes onto marked enemies. Holding will slow Gojirasaurus to a crawl but unleash a wide beam of energy with long reach dealing DOT damage to enemies and buffing allies, Consuming substance and stamina quickly. Both energy attacks change drastically on different substance consumption. Substance can be chosen via a scroll wheel by holding (F key, Square, X) : GREEN Sap/Gems: Heals tamed creatures and decreases Health regen of enemies. However deals the lowest DOT damage of all four. Mainly for support BLUE Sap/Gems: Speed boosts tamed creatures and Slows down enemies. Deals medium DOT damage. Mainly for debuffing for other beams RED Sap/Gems: Ignores tamed creatures and applies a light burn to enemies. Deals high DOT damage. Mainly for offence CORRUPT NODULES: Ignores tamed creature and Reduces damage reduction of enemies AND applies light burn. Deals the highest DOT damage. Mainly for POWER BUT comes with a cost... a 'Corruption bar' appears that fills as corrupt nodules are used and gradually goes down over time like an overheat. If the 'Corruption bar' is filled the rider is Kicked off and the Gojirasaurus transforms into its Corrupt state, attacking anything nearby with corrupt energy. This lasts 45 seconds at which point the Gojirasaurus transforms back to normal affected with cryo sickness. During its Corrupt state it is Extremely Powerful, so it can be used wisely. Tertiary (C key, R3, Joystick) : Vents out heat and regains stamina faster by erupting projectiles from its spines carpet-bombing in a cone in front of it, that deal low damage but induce gem effects. Homes into marked enemies. HOLDING DOWN the key instead charges a huge stomp as energy rushes to the feet, causing a large explosion that damages the Gojirasaurus and the rider slightly but large damage and knockback to enemies/allies alongside gem induced effect. Consumes a large amount of substance and initiates a ten second period of fast stamina regen where energy attacks can't be used and movement is slowed - also expels the full 'Corruption bar'. For a last ditch effort to expel threats Tail Attack (X key, R1, RB) : Tail whip attack that hits around back and to the side like a stego, high damage and knockback but cant be used while running and is slow. Can chain with Primary attacks. HOLDING DOWN the key charges a tail wave of energy power that pierces and travels further the longer it is held. Inflicts gem effects on allies/enemies it passes through and deals medium damage and knockback but consumes a large amount of substance. For clearing the field Rush Mode (Space bar, X, A) : Activates Rush Mode while sprinting, increasing speed, reducing stamina consumed, consuming substance, creating footprints of gem energy in its wake and granting tek boots affect and letting it grapple over low surfaces similiar to Megalania climbing on the ground. NOTE: It cannot climb surfaces, only grapple over terrain that isn't any higher than itself. For leading the charge GREEN Sap/Gem: Heals creatures that follow the prints BLUE Sap/Gems: Speed boosts creatures that follow the tracks to the speed of Gojirasaurus. Similiar to Tropeo slipstream RED Sap/Gems: Damages creatures that follow the tracks as they explode beneath them CORRUPT NODULES: Damages and slows down creatures that follow the tracks. Slowly builds the aforementioned 'Corruption Bar' Other Abilities: Hydration Bar Upkeep: Gojirasaurus has a 'Hydration' bar similar to a Morellatops that must be filled with water to keep it alive. When it has sulphur in its inventory, putting it near water or providing water via canteens and the like will fill its Hydration bar and keep the energy flowing through its veins. Letting the bar drop to 0 will disable all energy abilities and begin to damage the Gojirasaurus, dealing more and more DOT until it dies. This upkeep can be taken care of by housing it out of cryopods near a water tap, and gives a penalty for housing such a powerful beast. You can also keep filled canteens or water holders in its inventory so it can keep itself pumping energy. Venting: Gojirasurus can be commanded to vent its heat and sit down while unridden. This will regain stamina and health much faster than regular and maybe will also effect the nearby area like an air conditioner. Also it looks cool Gathering: Gojirasaurus is no brilliant gatherer, only getting limited resources from corpses and rocks. Its Primary attacks can gather meats and corpse loot alongside a gathering of Raw Salt straight from the creatures bones as the pure energy in its mouth breaks them down. It can gather small amounts of thatch from trees and berries with its tail attack, but mainly the tail attack gathers large amounts of sulphur from rocks and crystalised sap from trees. Taming: To begin taming you need to wait for one to lie down and open its mouth to vent out heat. At this point approach carefully with ghille and you can feed it a full stack of corrupted nodules to transform it into its Corrupt State. This is a mini-boss alike the Reaper Queen that calls in corrupted dinos to help it, including an Enraged creature when its health/torpor is low. Dealing damage to it also builds up torpor, if your damage output is inconsistent it will recover torpor and lose health. If it dies the taming will end. Taming effectiveness increases the more corrupted creatures you kill during the fight alongside feeding. When it goes down, its corruption will detonate away, killing all nearby corrupted creatures and transforming it back to normal to begin feeding. ALTERNATIVELY it can be fed a titan head trophy while venting, which instead will transform it for only 20s of time which you must survive then it will be knocked out with full effectiveness. This is to make mass taming easier and for PvP players who are unable to do a huge fight in unclaimed territory It must be fed Gems or Crystalised sap as its kibble, Red being best and Green being worst. It can also be fed sulphur or flint or rocks instead and will continue to eat only sulphur, flint, stone, and meats for healing once it is tamed. To Conclude: Thank for reading my suggestion for Gojirasaurus! My aim for this creature was to create a battle beast to bring on the Titans and OSDs around Extinction. My ideas may be a little over the top and probably very Overpowered in the game, but I think the OG finale deserves a creature as powerful as Gojirasaurus. I'm mainly a PVE player, so any PVP heads out there, what do you think of my ideas? I tried to bear its utility in mind, being not just a walking lazer gun, but able to heal, speed boost and lead tames around combat. The taming method is challenging to compensate for its abilities and also because we need more interesting taming methods in the game overall. Do bear in mind not all of what you see here will make it if the creature actually comes into the game, its only inspiration. All that aside, I hope you would like to vote for my suggestion and have a Great rest of your Day!
  5. Campanile Giganteum Species: Campanile giganteum Aurora Time: Eocene epoch Diet: Herbivore Temprament: Territorial Dossier: Wild: Campanile giganteum or as the locals call it Campanile Aurora is a enormous gastropod that lives in arctic regions. It has gained the naem aurora from locals from it mucus that shimmers like aurora borealis. Campanile like othe land traveling gastropods uses the mucus to stay moist but this mucus consist off a unice formula that alows ice crystals to form. This is what gives it the shimmering effect. But it isn't just for show, this is also a way for campanile to leave the icy caves it calls home and venture into the scorching waistlands and feed on vegetation. Domesticated: domesticated Campanile can be a wounderfull travel mount while slow it scales any surface with easy and it can also carry plenty off goods. Thanks to it's freezing mucus it alowes ease while travling thru warmer areas and while some might find it gross the mucus can also refrigerate better than any refrigerator as long as the freezing tempreture off the mucus keeps anything from spoiling. While aurora isn't the first creature you might expect to find on the battle front it's power is not to be underestimated. While it`s hundreds off sharp teeth is not to be underestimated it's freezing projectiles is the real threat. Freezing mucus that i't shoots out from the top off it's shell can inflict imidiate hypothermia on touch. The mucus rapedly freezing into solid balls off ice after getting shoot out from the shell. Aurora has been used bye many tribes as cheaper mobile cannons to break thru enemy defences, when aurora borealis fills the sky you better bewear off incoming projectiles. Abilities and utility: Passive mucus: Campanile produces mucus over time or bye feeding it diches like sweet vegi cake, crops and other prepeard diches. the mucus is used for attacks, and recovering it`s own healt more quickly. Gastropod: Campanile can scale any serface (climing walls and ceilings) and won' get encumberd. Attacks: Seige mode: Left click: Rip and tear: Campanile uses it`s hundreds off tiny sharp teeth the grab and rip it's enemies. it`s a slow attack but it causes the target to bleed. Right click: Aurora shoot. Hold down right click to charge up freezing mucus to shoot out at high pressure. The longer you hold it the colder it will become. a simpel click or holding it 1-2 sec shoots out mucus that causes hypothermia dealing damge over time. Holding it longer wil cause the mucus to freeze solid mid air becoming balls off ice abel to damage even metal strucktures. Bonus: after fireing camanile while recoli from the blast pushing it`s shell backwards. If this hit anything the target hit wil be dealt damge and knocked back. Shift/sprint: Shell jab: Aurora uses it's large shell to deliver a powerfull jab. hold down to charge up the attack ( this can damage up to stone). Enemies that stand to close when shell jab is beeing used will be pushed infront off it where it will be hit bye tha jab itself. how far it will be pushed depend on weight.Artillery mode: Left click: Ice bomb Shoot out a large ice ball that will explode into smaller projectiles on hit. Right click: Aurora Blast. A long ranged blast that deal heavy damage and slows down anything hit. C : freezing puff:Campanile uses it`s mucus to rapidly cool down healing it'self and giving ally boosted health regeneration. Space: Artillery mode/Seige mode. Shifts beetween modes Weight: It has no special wight reduction but have a pretty good weight stat and won`t get encumberd. Taming: Campanile is found in the ice titan cave and has a extremly low chance at spawing within the ice dome. To tame it you need to sneak up to it without disturbing it ( ghillie or bug repelent preferd). Then you need to climb up it`s shell, at this point it will agro and a minigame will begin. Simular to the eques you need to calm it down whenever it need to take a break from shaking you off. after a while it will become passive allowing you to feed it ( sweet vegi cake preferd). Loot: ( most common to rare) # Meat # Chitin/ceratin # Cementing paste # Prime meat #silicka pearls # black pearls Thank you for looking at my idea. Hope you have a lovely day.
  6. They are neutral until you gather the materials from the rear, turning aggressive and using their corresponding gas attack immediately upon gathering. Being rather omnivorous when it comes to food, they end up ingesting a lot of different materials. The materials they cannot digest are used in self defense however. If provoked they will spit out whatever indigestible garbage that ended up inside them, soaked in centipede digestive juices, enhancing the effectiveness of the projectile. And if that wasn´t enough they can emit a foul gas around them from their bodies that will turn even the hungriest predator around. Domesticated Many tribes want to get their hands on even one of these beasts for obvious reasons. They are adept climbers and can be used as beasts of burden, but the real power resides in their ability to chuck big globs of acid far away, preferably at an opposing tribe, enhanced by whatever they have in their stomachs. Just be careful as they don´t exactly take kindly to anyone poking around their rears. 7. Introduction: Greetings, survivors! I introduce to you the skyscraping sauropod; the Dreadnoughtus! The foundational ideas and selling points for this dinosaur include: Role as a late game juggernaut with heavy artillery Two taming methods; one passive and one violent Customizable saddle with turrets, cannons, and ballistas The ability to vomit cannonballs covered in stomach acid Damage and defense buff against other large creatures I personally think this concept for Dreadnoughtus would work well in the game, as a massive siege weapon that can tear through just about anything in its path. It would be one of the most powerful creatures a tribe could have except for the Titanosaurus and Titans themselves, tying with the Giga and Carcha in strength. With the idea I have in mind, it would also be one of the more immersive creatures with a few of its mechanics. On Ragnarok, it's saddle could potentially be inspired by Viking Ships. Dossier Data Common Name: Dreadnoughtus Species: Dreadnoughtus maximus Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Herbivore Temperament: Territorial Wild: “Dreadnoughtus maximus is the undisputed ruler of this island. It towers over everything except for the very titans themselves, and its presence can be felt from afar. Like any royalty, I’d say they feel entitled to everything. While they pay no mind to those beneath them, they bully and harass other large creatures that they view as rivals and threats, including others of their kind! They become more powerful when enraged by enemies, and when more confident with herdmates.” Domesticated: “I’ve noticed that each individual has a unique daily routine. The tribe I spoke with that owns one claimed they assisted it in its activities to gain its trust, so take that for what you will. Said tribe also created a PHENOMENAL saddle that provides full protection for the primary rider, and can be customized with heavy artillery to one’s content. It seems like something straight out of the viking age! One word of caution, though. Kings like to be pampered, and Dreadnoughtus are no different. If their needs aren’t met and are neglected by their masters, they may go feral again and launch a lethal temper tantrum. Talk about a big spoiled brat!” Wild: The Dreadnoughtus is a rare find on Ragnarok, sharing its spawn points with Titanosaurus. Unlike the Titanosaur, however, it is quite territorial and will attack creatures of a given size on sight. Creatures the size of or larger than a Rex will attract its attention and grant the Dreadnoughtus a buff similar to the Triceratops’ rivalry, though extending to large herbivores as well. Dreadnoughtus will even fight each other in battles, losers remaining as underlings within whatever herd is forming. This enraged state is visible with the inflation of its neck sacs. They generally pay no mind to survivors and their tames unless they surpass the size threshold. Taming Process: Dreadnoughtus have TWO taming methods; one for first timers, another for those that already have a Dreadnoughtus for themselves. Non-Violent Taming: The Dreadnoughtus is a massive animal that is incredibly high maintenance. They each have unique daily routines survivors can learn and adapt to accordingly. Helping a Dreadnoughtus go about their activities will develop trust and friendship between the survivors and the dinosaur. These activities include: Feeding: Feed the Dreadnoughtus vegetables or kibble. Toss a cannonball on the ground as a lure, getting the dinosaur to lower its head thinking it's a gastrolith. Then, you can feed it directly at its head. Playing: Help the Dreadnoughtus kill other dinosaurs and break structures in its territory until it is satisfied. Bathing: Clean the Dreadnoughtus of filth and parasites by using soap on its body. Sleeping: Protect the Dreadnoughtus as hordes of wild dinosaurs attempt to attack it. Enough damage from wild creatures will force the Dreadnoughtus to wake up and reduce taming effectiveness. Dreadnoughtus activities and needs rotate occasionally similar to a Moschops’ diet. Keep helping the dinosaur out until it completely trusts you. Violent Taming: A tamed Dreadnoughtus is required for this method. Your tamed Dreadnoughtus must challenge a wild individual with a roar, engaging in a fight. Dealing high enough damage will force the wild Dreadnoughtus to back down and join your herd. Tamed: Congratulations! You’ve successfully tamed a Dreadnoughtus! This titanic sauropod’s abilities lend themselves well to the many aspects of life on Ragnarok. Actions: Primary Attack (, , ): Looking Straight, Left, or Right: A long and wide neck sweep that deals high damage and high knockback. Looking Down: A fast stomp attack that deals high damage but has little knockback. Looking Up: A fast upward neck sweep that deals little damage but knocks aerial targets far. Secondary Attack (, , ): Cannonballs are used as ammo for this attack. The Dreadnoughtus vomits out one of the cannonballs in its stomach, with the ball drenched in stomach acid. The more the attack is charged, the faster the shot is fired and the more damage is dealt. However, this attack also drains the Food stat to use. Roar (C, , ): A bellowing roar that causes the Dreadnoughtus’ neck sacs to inflate. Use this to engage in duels with wild Dreadnoughtus. If used by the highest level individual in a herd, they will gain the Pack Leader status effect for 120 seconds before going on cooldown for another 120. Tertiary Attack (Space, , ): The front of the Dreadnoughtus’ saddle has a large drill-like spear mounted on the chest that can fire out like a harpoon. It pierces into creatures of all sizes for massive damage, and holding this attack will pull them towards the Dreadnoughtus. The size and weight of the creature determines the pull speed, and the creature must escape by continuously attacking. Sleeping Animation: Like a Shadowmane or Megalosaurus, the Dreadnoughtus has a sleeping animation that can be toggled when off of its back. Passive Abilities: Giantslayer: Dreadnoughtus gain a damage and defense buff in the presence of the following creatures: Astrocetus, Brontosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, Diplodocus, Giganotosaurus, Paraceratherium, Quetzal, Reaper (King and Queen), Rex, Rock Golem, Rhyniognatha, Spino, Titanosaur, Magmasaur, Megachelon, Wyvern (all types) All Bosses (only Titans matter except for maybe SOTF since you can’t take them into arenas) ARK Additions: Acrocanthosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Deinosuchus, Deinotherium Gathering: Berries and fiber are gathered fairly decently. Wood and minerals are what it is more proficient at, however. It would be the best option in the game if it weren’t for its massive size preventing it from entering many areas. Marine Traversal: Dreadnoughtus can turn into a literal dreadnought. It swims better than most creatures of its size, with many of its attacks and weapons intact. Like an Andrewsarchus, it can also sink to the ocean floor and walk along. A decently high oxygen stat allows them to sit below water for a long period of time. Heavy Artillery Saddle: The saddle of a Dreadnoughtus is unique due to its sheer customizability. There are a total of 7 equipment slots in the saddle. Turrets, ballistas, or cannons can be equipped onto the saddle. Cannons and ballistas are controlled manually, while turrets require gasoline in the dinosaur’s inventory to help fuel the saddle’s personal generator. 4 siege weapons on the neck, 2 on the shoulders, and 1 on the rump. Located on the chest is the previously mentioned drill-spear harpoon that resembles Monster Hunter’s Dragonator that is used directly by the driver. All riders are vulnerable except for the driver, protected in a car-like section of the saddle. Saddle References: ⚠ Maintenance ⚠: Dreadnoughtus are high maintenance creatures as mentioned earlier. This means providing constant care and attending to the dinosaur’s needs. Giving it what it wants manually from time to time will keep its physical health up, increasing Health & Stamina Regeneration. If left ignored, the sauropod’s health will deteriorate, and the mentioned stats will be reduced. Dreadnoughtus will actively become hostile towards you if their needs aren’t met, and can potentially spell the end for your tribe if you’re not cautious and attentive. Alpha Dreadnoughtus will even turn properly treated individuals on their masters as well. Don’t think about locking them in a cryopod either, as even within containment, they are still aware of your neglect. Utility & Scenarios: PvE: Dreadnoughtus find themselves as great resource gatherers and bodyguard when traversing across Ragnarok. Their swimming ability allows them to navigate across Ragnarok's oceans, and allow for resource collection at the sea floor. PvP: Now this is what Dreadnoughtus are designed to do. They find themselves at the top of the meta-game’s food chain, alongside the Giga and Carcha. Stats, abilities, and tools once again are incredibly useful in battles. Having survivors man multiple siege weapons mounted on the saddles turns the Dreadnoughtus into an almost unstoppable and completely destructive force. With enough turrets, ammo, and fuel, it may even become a mobile turret tower that guns things down before they even approach it. Their size is just about as big of a strength as it is a weakness, since it is a large target and has a hard time fighting in more claustrophobic spaces. The location of a base like a rathole doesn’t lend itself well to Dreadnoughtus management, since the creature needs a large space if it is going to be outside of a cryopod. Conclusion: At first glance, Dreadnoughtus might seem a little overpowered. It has a lot going for it as a giant endgame herbivore on par with the great G and C. While it isn’t balanced out on the end of PvP, it is in PvE. Very few creatures are balanced in their strength outside of the battle itself, and the Dreadnoughtus definitely changes the playstyle many people may attempt. Overall, it is a fairly unique and absurd concept I’d love to see enter the game and act as the first dinosaur added in through the creature vote. Have fun, survivors! 8. Name: Argentinosaurus Huiculensis Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Herbivore Temperament: Territorial Dossier: Argentinosaurus is a tyrannosaurid sauropod accustomed to life among members of its own species, which means that it is more than prepared to face packs or groups of creatures that seek to disturb the peace of the enormous sauropod. Don't get to close if you don't want one of his legs on you. The Argentinosaurus Huiculensis specimen found on the ARK is slightly larger than usual, being the herbivore equivalent of the two largest predators on the ARK. Argentinosaurus has the ability to disarm coordinated attacks by dealing a strong whiplash with its tail to the enemy creature, causing enormous confusion and making it impossible to distinguish between a friendly creature and an enemy creature. Tameable: yes Rideable: yes Breedable: yes (same time as a Quetzal or Yuty) Abilities: -Primary attack: Just hit with one of his front legs (the leg who moves depends if the objective are at right or left) -Secundary Attack : Argentinosaurus will put in his back legs and charge a devastating hit with his front legs (while the creature is in his back legs he could move his body in 360° like the Spino) -"Pack predator counter" or special Attack : When two or more Argentinosaurus are in a same group the higher lever will be able to make a whip tail attack (like a pack leader buff) this will turn in a "rage effect" the first enemy predator that he hits for 10s, similar as the Giga Rage (this effect will make the Dino turn back and attack any thing in his visual camp, including ally creatures and riders, this ability was a cooldown of 80s). This "confusion" or "rage" effect can be activated on any carnivore creature. Armor: When Argentinosaurus gets a hit will auto activate his armor, this armor are the equivalent of a metal wall (hp10k). This very strong armor protect the Argentinosaurus from bleeding attacks and reduce the received damage in 20% (except proyectiles, explosives, turrets). This armor is an adaptation for his wild life style it means that his armor are not prepared for modern weapons. This armor can be destroyed/disabled with explosives and tek munition (turrets, tek rifles, tek grenades, etc). And only can be regenerated after 10min with no damage revived, if Argentinosaurus gets hit his armor regeration will stop. This armor could be represented as a blue light that covers the Argentinosaurus body with some shards of armor to complement the "illusion*of an armor Domesticated: To tame the Argentinosaurus fist we have to show our dominance. First we have to broke his armor, then reduce his health to 50% or less and then fire him with tranq darts until he gets unconscious, will need a great amount of it so prepare yourself. It is important to know that this creature needs to stay close to other Argentinosaurus for at least 1 hour every 48 hours, if these requirements are not met, the probability that the Argentinosaurus will not pay attention to your commands will increase. (commands such as attack, mate or follow) If this point is reached, it is enough to bring the Argentinosaurus closer to another member of its same species, after which a 2-hour countdown will appear, if the Argentinosaurus remains accompanied during this time it will once again be obedient to your orders. Saddle: (CONCEPT IN THE COMMENTS) Argentinosaurus platform saddle will count hit a protected "cabin" for the rider and a turret in the middle for the saddle that can be used by another survivor, this "cabin" protects the rider from being dismounted (as the Andrewsarchus). Can be learned at level 95 and will have a cap armor in 75 Wild lvl 1 and lvl 150 stats: HP: 5500 - 15000 aprox Stamina: 300 - 1200 aprox Oxigen: 400- 800 aprox Food: 6670 - 15700 aprox Weight: 800 - 2300 aprox Melee: 100 - 270 aprox Speed movement: 100 - 100
