Harpagornis Moorei! The Titan-Tackling Terror of the Skies! The Eagle permanently resides in the highest parts of the Ark’s airspace, far beyond sight of those on the ground. Wild Eagles hover about the Ark as if it has unlimited stamina, and is obviously an aggressive creature. Similar to the Mosasaur underwater, the Eagle is the most fearsome creature up high, yet it prefers not to fly too close to the ground. If an unwitting flier approaches too close, all it needs to do to escape is head down! If not, the Roc swoops in on giant wings, and those talons can cause some significant bleeding! As you know, bleeding fliers are practically useless, so you’ll really want to dodge that attack! To tame an Eagle, tribes will need to employ their best flying creatures and load up on ammunition, as the Harpagornis will need knocking out whilst it flies, similar to a Quetz. If it wakes on the ground, it will immediately fly upward until it reaches the safety of the sky. Clever survivors will build traps to prevent the Eagle from escaping! Tamed birds are fearsome battle mounts, as nothing rivals them in the air. They can even prey on the largest land mounts such as Giganotosaurus or Titanosaur by slashing with their talons and waiting above for their poor prey to bleed out. Tamed Eagles will, of course, land on the ground when commanded, and they can create their own nest which serves as a natural egg incubator for other eggs; this will be a temporary structure which can be damaged, so be careful where you place it. The nest will have 3 spaces for eggs, and will keep them perfectly incubated unless the nest is destroyed. Tamed Eagles can create two nests, and when roosting at one, they can be told to fly to the other nest without a rider, allowing them to transport items, dinosaurs, and even people with no rider! This is designed to be a higher-end alternative to teleportation without using tek, as I know ASA will be able to implement the tracking required. The Eagle would fly directly up to a set height, fly across, then descend straight down. Be careful using this feature on PVP! As discussed, they’ll have a normal attack and a special talon attack similar to an Allo chomp which inflicts a chunky bleed effect. Eagles will be able to pick up creatures up to Rex size (no bigger!) and can attack whilst holding a creature. Their speed would likely be around Quetz flight speed or up to Giga run speed at full sprint, as a super-strong, super-fast bird is likely to be hell unless you have turrets galore. This will be the ultimate king of the sky, a true terror of the clouds. But we're not done yet! The Eagle has adapted to Extinction like a fish to water, and they now come equipped with a titan-damaging attack which does 130% more damage to normal Titans, and a whopping 150% more damage to the King Titan! If you're able to tame a flock of these behemoths, they'll be a great asset in the boss fights! Whilst them to attack and watch them swoop in to inflict some major bleed damage on the Titans! Scared of traversing the wastelands without a Tek Skiff? Worry no more, as even those pesky Corrupted Gigas cant touch you whilst you soar above the ravaged Earth! Better yet, feed the Haast Eagle enough corrupted material, and it enters a new damage mode with a new ability: Corrupted Bleed! This does bonus damage against corrupted creatures, allowing the Haast Eagle to go toe-to-toe against waves of the suckers in the defence modes! Please consider voting for my big birdy boi! Any comments or upvotes are SERIOUSLY appeciated!!

Because we need something new and better to deal with the corrupted dinos, since the only creature that can take them is the enforcer and his junk. But that will change now, allow me the absolute honor of presenting... ¡¡¡¡¡ANTICORRUPCIÓN AUSTRALOVENATOR!!!!! (Dibujo hecho por mi hermanita créditos a ella) Nombre común: Australovenator Especie: Australovenator Anticorruptumn Época: Cretácico Superior Dieta: carnívora Temperamento: Agresivo Salvaje: I thought that in the moor the greatest threat were the creatures corrupted by the element but it seems that even they are not safe from one of the biggest predators that lurk in this dangerous place. If you thought the Therizinosaurus had scary claws, you haven't seen the Australovenator Anticorruptumn in action yet, its claws made of pure element are comparable to a tek sword or better cutting everything in its path whether meat or rock,a surprisingly fast creature for its size , the Australovenator Anticorruptumn is almost at the top of the chain, having a size similar to an allosaurus but slightly smaller than it makes any creature enter its menu regardless of its size which includes humans, but despite All of the Australovenator Anticorruptumn seem to have a slight predilection for corrupted creatures, hunting them with great ease thanks to their sharp and powerful claws, not even a Corrupted Giganotosaurus is safe. His hunting tactic varies a little depending on the size of his prey, for prey of his size or larger it is usually to charge towards them from a blind spot and cut off their legs or tail in order to kill them easily, with medium-sized prey he usually grabs them by the neck in order to cut them easily with their claws, and with creatures the size of a human or smaller they usually break them with their jaws or swallow them directly. Added to the fact that it hunts in large and coordinated packs, I thought that nothing else could surprise me until I saw a group shoot elemental bolts from its mouth at corrupted pteranodons and wyverns, stunning and knocking them down in the process. Apparently eating element not only consume it as food but also as a kind of ammunition to shoot down aerial creatures although it seems that it consumes a significant amount of energy in the process. Domesticated: A creature with these characteristics would be highly sought after by the survivors in order to have a true weapon that would easily kill any corrupted creature, but.........It is too aggressive for passive taming and too stubborn for mindless taming Added to the fact that if a member of the pack is asleep, the rest will not let us get close to it until it wakes up, protecting it from us and anything that tries to harm it, at least it is like that with adults. We did not know how but we found a completely unprotected egg, we took it, incubated it and began to feed it until adulthood, it is definitely a true beast slightly more interesting than it seems at first glance, the colors of its face apart from striking are intimidating for most small creatures, the feathers on its head work like those of a rock dragon, they stand up when an elemental vein or orbital drops are detected nearby, another dangerous characteristic of this animal that can be used is that if Given corrupted hearts to eat, he is able to enter a berserker mode where he becomes extremely powerful and fast but fragile. Those who get hold of an Australovenator Anticorruptumn will have almost nothing to fear in the wasteland and as a warrior or ranger nothing will stand in their way unless they want to be sliced in half. Saddle: I thought that the saddle should be something like Aztec armor to have more armor and last longer in combat because I know there will be those who will go head-on into battle even when the creature is not very resistant. 🌄Habitat🏜️: This creature is usually seen in the wasteland where it will be seen almost anywhere but it will be found mostly near the edge of the map in the oil pools and slightly more common in the forbidden zone. Domestication method: As already mentioned in the Dossier, adults are indomitable, to get this creature there are two options: stealing its egg, a dangerous task, or taming a hatchling that is roaming near the equally or more risky and dangerous nest, when you have obtained the egg, touch incubate it and hatch it when doing that you will have to feed the hatchling with corrupted nodules it will only eat that until adulthood where it can be fed with normal meat, also if you want to tame a hatchling it will only accept corrupted nodules as food, make sure to remove it from anything that might bother it in advance during the taming process. If you managed to successfully raise an Australovenator Anticorruptumn to adulthood. !!Congratulations, you now have a bloodthirsty beast bathed in element! Active Skills: Slashing Charge: Charge your opponent at high speed, cutting them down. Something similar to the attack of the pachycephalosaurus and the trike only that instead of attacking with the head it does so with its claws causing broken bones, the greater the distance, the greater the damage caused. Element Lightning: From its mouth it is capable of shooting an elemental lightning or projectile that would consume a considerable amount of resistance to shoot them mainly at aerial targets, stunning them. Corrupted Assassin: Just like the enforcer, it does more damage to corrupted creatures, doing up to three times of damage. Bite: A simple bite can be used while running. Farm meat and skin. Claw: Basic attack with its claws, ignores armor, I think it should not be used while running. He farms a lot of Prime Meat and Hide, but little stone, flint, and metal. Directional Swipe: A swipe that is performed by rapidly spinning backwards in case you need to reposition yourself or attack opponents from behind, the direction of the attack depends on where the camera is facing. Neck Grab: Grabs medium-sized creatures with the mouth immobilizing them there and two actions can be performed depending on the weight of the creature, creatures the size of a human or smaller are swallowed instantly granting a healing buff like that of the argentavis, creatures the size of a raptor and slightly larger ones are immobilized and pressing the attack button or key uses the claws to slice it to death. Berserker Mode: A mode an Australovenator can enter by feeding it a Corrupted Heart causing it to go into a state of rage or madness causing it to have a 15% buff to attack and speed, also causing it to quickly recover health and have an almost infinite resistance this can stack three times but do not use it so much or it will turn against you and your allies, When the effect of the berserker mode ends the Australovenator will enter a rest or cooldown state causing it to become slower, do less damage , spend more stamina and take more damage, so use berserker mode wisely or you could die along with your mount. Pack Buff: The typical pack buff like dire wolves that would apply up to +8 pack members Passive Skills: Vein and Drop Detection: Her head feathers ruffle when an orbital drop or element veins are detected in the area. War Mask: His facial coloration intimidates smaller creatures, easily scaring them away and leaving you alone. Insulation: Traveling on or near the Australovenator would provide thermal insulation and would also negate the effect of consuming food on wastelands. Weaknesses: He has low health and doesn't scale much in that stat. He has a bit of a bad weight stat and doesn't go up either. a lot about that. Be careful what you carry with you. He cultivates very little stone, flint, and metal. Although it is not that it will be used in that. Expends stamina slightly quickly and regenerates slowly. A good level pack could end up with a corrupt gig but with quite a bit of difficulty, if you're going to do it then better use mutated individuals for better chances.

Thanatotheristes deserti Thanatotheristes is a dinosaur I'd like to see in ARK, first of all, there's only 2 Tyrannosaurids in the game so far and Thana is NOT going to be a Giga sized killer (wow!!!) and I have quite a few neat ideas for it that I hope will earn me your vote! First of all, let's get some general info about Thanatotheristes out of the way! Thanatotheristes is a genus of Tyrannosaurid from the Late Cretaceous around 80MYA. It was approx 8M and 2.5M tall in life (although, like most ark creatures, mine is slightly scaled up) and was discovered in 2008, named in 2010! now, let's get get to the real meat and potatoes of this guy! ABILITIES Bite: A basic bite, not much to say, deals 10x damage to Corrupted creatures Tail Swipe: Swipes it's tail, deals relatively low damage but knocks creatures back a decent amount (does not do extra damage to corrupted) Charged Bite: A charged up mega-bite! Deals 10x damage to corrupted, does more damage based on how long its held but Thana cannot do bite attacks for a short period of time afterwards Headbutt: A headbutt attack that inflicts torpor and does pretty decent damage to boot! (does not do extra damage to corrupted) Corrupt Mimic: All of the "Blue Element" in Thanatotheristes' body quickly changes to a purple colour to mimic the look of The Corrupted. Is ignored by all Corrupted creatures but gradually drains Stamina, like a Rock Drake. Accelerated healing: Thanatotheristes can heal at a rapid rate by eating what would normally be lethal Corrupted Nodules! They will scarf them down and rapidly heal while eating them (think like Ambergris and Magmasaurs or Nameless Venom and Rock Drakes) Taming To earn the trust of the Thanatotheristes you must first entice it with a Corrupted Heart! They simply cannot resist the taste of them! Then, you must complete an OSD or Element Vein, any difficulty will tame one but the harder the difficulty, the higher the Taming Effectiveness! Rejoice Amargasaurus haters! Thanatotheristes cannot be harmed by Friendly Fire and essentially acts as a literal temporary Tame until you either tame it or fail to tame it. Once you finish an OSD with it still by your side, you'll be able to reap this beast's many rewards! Dossier I also wrote a little Dossier for it, since I always find those to be quite fun to read and informative! Give it a read! Common Name: Thanato Species: Thanatotheristes deserti (Death Reaper of The Wasteland) Time: Late Cretaceous Diet: Carnivore Temperament: Opportunistic Wild: I never thought I'd see a Prehistoric animal on Earth, let alone looking like THIS. They have similar features to the other fauna that exist on Earth; although they are quite well adapted to life in the Wastelands, unlike some of the other animals who are adapted to biome-specific life. The element that has attached to it's body actually works greatly in its favour; it can both regulate the Thanato's temperature and even change colour to blend in with The Corrupted! I've never seen any other animal with this kind of adaptation and it is quite impressive all things considered. Domesticated: Just as they look like quite the oddity, they are tamed oddly too! To tame a Thanato you must first obtain a corrupted heart and feed it do the Thanato. Then, you must aid it in protecting and OSD or Element Vein, both have corrupted for the Thanato to kill. It sounds strange, seeing as corruption is such a potent and infectious form of Element but the Thanato is seemingly perfectly adapted to hunting and consuming The Corrupted, strange.. A tamed Thanato can be very very good for all uses! Due to it's strange adaptation of being immune to The Corruption, they can kill Corrupted animals effortlessly! They can also consume corrupted nodules without being harmed at all, it even invigorates them and regenerates their vitality! Due to their smaller size comparative to some other dinosaurs, they aren't capable of doing as much upfront damage to non-Corrupted creatures but they can still make quite a dent! Having a flurry of abilities and being able to travel the wasteland very well, it is a jack-of-all trades animal perfect for wasteland traversal and Element Vein/OSD protection! I hope you liked my submission for Thanatotheristes! If you liked it, and feel generous enough, please drop a vote! Much appreciated!
